"I am very grateful that Steve Naylor showed interest in taking on my small project - installing laminate on a wooden box that would be used as a stand for a vintage slot machine from The Mirage casino. Actually, I hired another contractor prior to connecting with Steve last Thursday. Earlier in day, another contractor showed up, but it did not take long for us to realize that he had never worked with laminate before. I knew the process, just no experience or tools. Steve listened as I shared my story, and it was clear that he and his team were true professionals. The person who showed up was very professional. The box was not built perfectly, but he took the time to make it better. The work was completed in good time. No mess left behind. The remnants were placed back in the box. He was able to accommodate all of my needs with no issues or delays. He is a true professional, a perfectionist and very trustworthy. Has been in the construction business for many years since he was young with his dad and is a building inspector so he knows what problems to look for and how they need to be fixed correctly. He does not typically work on multiple projects at the same time and will be there on time every day until your project is completed. I would encourage prospective clients to go online also and watch his very helpful and informative videos that he’s posted on YouTube. Also, don’t judge solely on price. As the saying goes…you get what you pay for. You’re going to come out ahead of the game by getting it done right the first time and avoiding hiring him after your previous contractor did crappy or slipshod work.
