"The work was awesome. We had the old fiberglass tub and surround from the 80's. Wolak came in and replaced it with a new deep soak tub and tile surround. New tile on the floor. Replaced the vanity and toilet. Even the exhaust fan. They also replaced sheetrock and painted to give us a new modern bathroom look. Wolak didn't need to rely on any sub-contractors. Like a one-stop-shop for remodelling. The installer was very friendly and professional. He listened carefully to what we had in mind, made some great suggestions and now we have a dream bathroom. "Jeff was very responsive and contacted me pretty quickly after the purchase to schedule. It was easy to schedule a mutually convenient date. It was raining the day he was scheduled to come at 9:00 and he called at 7:30 to let me know we needed to reschedule. He came the very next day, exactly on time. Jeff was very professional and personable and before going on the roof asked if there were any areas of concern. I had two areas of old leaks (one in each bathroom) and showed those to him - the very reason I purchased this deal. I also knew that the flat roof on my front porch was long overdue for replacement. I could hear Jeff using a hammer a few times, When he was done he explained that the roof overall was in "A" condition (I had a new roof installed 16 years ago) and he had repaired a few nail pops/lifted shingles and fastened the flashing around the skylight and applied sealant. He also advised that the two areas with old leaks came from vent pipes that needed new flanges. As expected, he recommended a new rubber roof for my flat porch roof (it was not replaced when the house roof was done and is about 48 years old). He gave me what I think is a fair price to replace the pipe flanges and also quoted me a price for a new rubber roof for the porch that I think is fair. We scheduled the work for the pipe flanges but I deferred on the porch roof for now due to other pending remodeling. Overall, this was a very positive experience and I plan to use Jeff in the near future when I am ready to replace the porch roof."

"Mike spent approximately three months in our house helping to remodel a total of four rooms. He performed many different types of jobs, including demolition, plumbing, carpentry, final painting and cabinet installation. Everything he did, he did with care and with pride in his work. When we needed help making decisions on colors, types of tile, design, etc, Mike was always honest and he provided thoughtful advice which turned out to be right on the mark. "Let me start at the beginning ... the initial meeting with our salesman Al was very pleasant.  He gathered the information he needed from us as to what we needed and gave us appropriate suggestions.  He delivered the estimate, and what I really liked was he was not pushy.  We told him we were getting other estimates and he waited for us to make a decision.  I cannot say enough how much I appreciated the fact that he was not a "pushy salesman".
The estimate was about what we expected and in line with the others we got.
We are VERY HAPPY that we decided to go with Grace Exterior.  They came exactly when they said they would.  The job took the amount of time they estimated it would.  Their installers were very professional and courteous, and at the end of every day they cleaned up all of their materials and left our house the way they found it.  More to the point they did a fabulous job in every respect.  The team that does the vinyl wrapping goes above and beyond.  When I drive around and look at other vinyl wrapping jobs, I do not see any that have the amount of details incorporated into them that our does.
At then end of the job, we were contacted to find out how it went and if we had any issues or concerns - great customer service and followup.
