"I am very grateful that Steve Naylor showed interest in taking on my small project - installing laminate on a wooden box that would be used as a stand for a vintage slot machine from The Mirage casino. Actually, I hired another contractor prior to connecting with Steve last Thursday. Earlier in day, another contractor showed up, but it did not take long for us to realize that he had never worked with laminate before. I knew the process, just no experience or tools. Steve listened as I shared my story, and it was clear that he and his team were true professionals. The person who showed up was very professional. The box was not built perfectly, but he took the time to make it better. The work was completed in good time. No mess left behind. The remnants were placed back in the box. Steve is a very good communicator. He even took the time to call me and ensure the project was completed to my satisfaction. I can highly recommend Steve and his team. "

"The first red flag is representing himself as Steve Perez on Angi’s list when in fact his name is Ziv. There’s the hard sell and false promises (finish a kitchen remodel in 5-6 weeks) when it took 4 months. Unprofessionalism is an understatement. He communicates through texting like a teenager and screams at the client when in fact errors are his fault or his sub-contractors. We provided appliance specs very early in the process and the electrician still made errors for which Ziv wanted us to pay for. The cabinets delivered were incomplete which he blamed on us. He demanded a final payment and threatened to put a lean on our house when the work was incomplete per the contract. Then Subs starting calling demanding payment which was resolved after we provided cashed checks to Sonart Construction. Don’t believe what I say. Read the BBB review complaints for a well-deserved F rating."

I spoke to the project manager Ziv and he was very professional I then set up an in office meeting with Ziv we discussed our options and I was very pleased with how we all worked together with different ideas and we all came with the best kitchen design hat suits my needs and wants. "Last October, my sister, an elderly veteran living alone, contracted Genie Bath Systems to remodel her master and guest baths. She was diagnosed cancer and passed before the remodel was complete. Which, to be fair as we were not able to work with Genie while attending to my sister. The contract was expensive. Very expensive. The cost of the remodel is close to 1/4th the value of her home. I noticed there were issues with the remodel that showed a surprising lack of attention to detail. Genie sent people to address the issues twice. Yet issues remain. My calls to my contact at Genie are now being ignored. Also, the only document I have for the remodel is the contract my sister signed. It is not detailed. I have and continue to ask for a breakdown of the cost. An estimate or work order. This request is also being ignored. I am disappointed and have to wonder why Genie will not provide this information. I have several other questions for Genie that I will not go into here. But based on my experience, I cannot recommend Genie. In fact I would warn anyone considering Genie to be very careful about the cost of the contract."

"CrossRoads Concepts did an outstanding job. I highly recommend them if you are in need of some remodel work. From the get-go, they were responsive, timely and professional, and very easy to work with. I had a mess of a kitchen in dire need of updating. Because my kitchen was so bad, my original estimate came in way above the cost for my home. They worked with me to get the cost down to a reasonable amount while maintaining an impressive result. My home is a bit older and they were even able to match my 50 year old crown molding, along with making my kitchen now flow the way a kitchen should. I never liked cooking in my kitchen before but now, it's a pleasure just to be in there. Debi Franklin, their designer, was incredible with her choices and colors, and listened to me - steering me in the right direction so it all remained tasteful. I can't say enough about how impressed I was and still am, with their work."
