"This family owned company is absolutely amazing! Weâ ve not had our master bath marble and grout professionally cleaned in 20 years. They were here about 6 hours and the results were fantastic! We couldnâ t be happier with our results. We highly recommend Phil, his wife Sheila and there son Joseph. I do apologize, I donâ t remember their helpers name. 5 â­ ï¸ service!!!"

They assisted us with 1) room layout, making valuable suggestions to help us us maximize the space; 2) material selection, providing suggestions for beautiful, durable products for the job, and 3) material acquisition, providing us with suggestions to source some of the products we desired. The contractors they engaged were true craftsmen. They put up drapes to minimize dust and cleaned the workspace each evening. Because of the Tinney's and their contractors attention to detail, each component of our new kitchen‐the cabinets, flooring, backsplash, counters, plumbing, electrical and lighting is beautiful. They did a fabulous job and we would recommend them."

"NOT HONEST...The office-lady/owner told my wife and I the charge was $1.25 per square foot to clean our throw-carpets. We said yes come out and do it. After the work was done, she told the worker to charge us a minimal charge of $150 for the two carpets. I told the owner I would only pay the $1.25/sf and the total was $115. She had a very nasty attitude and threaten to call the police on us. NOT PROFESSIONAL AND THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR WORD. The quality: They cleaned the carpets on the concrete in the driveway. The machine sucked the dirt from the concrete through the through the carpet and when the carpets dried, their was brown areas in the formerly white carpet. EXTREMELY BAD EXPERIENCE AND WHEN I CALLED BACK, THEY REFUSED TO MAKE IT RIGHT."
