Rigo and his team completely transformed everything! They built beautiful new concrete steps with perfectly uniform risers, seamlessly integrated into a brand-new carport slab. The new asphalt driveway now slopes properly away from the house and carport—and we've already seen it work beautifully during heavy rain, with water flowing exactly where it should. They even added a lovely new front walkway connecting our entry landing to the driveway. The work was fast, professional, and a great value. Abel took out concrete in my backyard and installed eco-friendly permeable pavers that look great and absorb water. He also installed lattice in my deck, painted the whole deck and fixed the upper portion of my fence. I'll be doing additional work with him and his team. "Perfect, 2 courteous gentlemen were here for 2 days and redid our front patio that my parents build 16 years ago. Some of the rows of bricks were sinking. They took all the bricks up and repaired the border and laid the bricks back down and the patio looks brand new. It truly looks professional now and the guys were a pleasant to work with."

"Bill came out personally and provided an estimate quickly. He was the fifth of five contractors I had come to my home, and the only one to provide a written estimate. Work commenced about a month later and took less than two weeks from cradle-to-grave. The project entailed demolition of a retaining wall, driveway and concrete stairs, the removal of several cubic yards of soil, pouring two new retaining walls, pouring new steps and pouring a new (wider driveway). Bill's crew did a good job cleaning up afterward, and putting the yard back together, so much so that a landscaper commented how well they did. Would definitely recommend CM for any hardscaping or concrete work around your home."

"The cement on our slate patio was cracking and in need of attention. Mr. Sanchez and his crew did a great job of grinding out the old cement, stabilizing the stones where necessary and putting in new cement. The crew was efficient and polite. The job was finished on time and for a fair price, IMO. Before and after photos (of one small area) attached. [One note: The grinding out of the old cement created a signigicant amount of dust. much of which went into the adjacent garden. My wife was/is concerned this will affect the chemistry of the soil, thereby affecting the health of her plants. Just be aware.] Highly recommend."

"Lily and her crew did an amazing job re-landscaping our backyard. The previous homeowners had an unsightly mix of bushes and shrubs, a brick wall that cut into the usable yard space, and stone/rock work that didn’t match the brick patio. Lily and her team removed everything, fixed the area where the patio had been damaged by a neighboring tree, laid a new brick path matching the existing patio, and plant new ground cover in the yard. Lily listened to exactly what we talked envisioned and made it happen!! Our yard looks amazing and we couldn’t be happier. The price was also very reasonable and the work was done promptly. They installed a new front stoop and a new front walkway. They performed a new drainage installation. They installed new footings for the deck posts and added decorative gravel under the deck area. They improved the back lawn grading. The quality of job is great. We highly recommend Mike and his team."
