"I have a house with circa 1890's brick and mortar that once had seashells in it. David Ricard gave me a fair estimate to fill in mortar where a house brick was party broken by a telecom company and where some mortar fell out from an area a larger masonry company had repointed a few years before. David and his brother showed up on time, did the work in a reasonable amount of time, and cleaned up after. He showed that he understands different kinds of brick and the mortar required. I wish I had known about David before I hired that other company a few years before because the larger company didn't do a particularly good repointing job. I have upcoming mortar work needed on my front walkway and will be calling David for that repair. I would definitely hire him again and recommend him to others."

"I am pleased to recommend International Brick and Concrete(IBC) and Rigo Ortez for all asphalt related work. My wife and I needed a driveway overlay due to severe cracking in our 20 year old+ driveway. We called and then interviewed a number of contractors from the area, none of whom were particularly responsive and all of whom were a bit evasive regarding price, specific work to be done and timing. We each separately described our feelings about these contractors as “sketchy”. Rigo was immediately different – he was obviously professional and directly answered all questions. He responded to our message within an hour, showed up to our appointment on time, answered all questions clearly and concisely, provided a proposal within a few hours of our meeting and then completed the job the following week on the day agreed. The price was lower than most of the other quotes we received and overall it was very competitively priced. The driveway work was done by Rigo and his crew exactly as described and per specifications and looks beautiful. While we don’t have direct experience with their brick and concrete work, based on the asphalt job completed for us and RIgo’s professionalism, I am confident they would provide similar quality work. "In my back yard I had a leaning brick wall. I called a few masonry places in the area. Most were very expensive so I researched online and found J Sanchez. Jose came over assessed the wall and provided a very reasonable quote. Within a matter of a few days the tore down the original wall and built a new wall. The new wall looks great and he added reenforcement to make sure it would not lean again. When the workers were finished they clean up and put everything back they way they found it. I would definitely call him again if I need any masonry work done."

"It turned out fine. I have no complaints. The work was performed on time. There was some additional work that they prescribed, that we conducted. The fire box in the fireplace was missing some tiles. So it was a safety matter that they pointed out to us, and they repaired it. They charged extra for the extra service they performed for the safety matter. I am always cautions about providers up saling, but there was a true safety issue with the fireplace. It was a legitimate up charge. I can't think of anything they could have done better. I always reserve A's for people who do super super exceptional service. These guys were good, but there wasn't anything super exceptional about them except they were on time and did the job they were supposed to do. The thing that stood out the most to me is that they were on time."

"They did an excellent job repairing stone veneer on a retaining wall that had been damaged. They did a good job matching the repair work to the undamaged stone and it looks great and you can't tell it was damaged. After the job was complete they cleaned up the job area. They weren't the lowest price quote I received for this small job but they showed up and got the job done."
