Get matched with top gate for driveway or security installers and replacers in Arlington, VA

"Charles installed a handrail for me. He was efficient and his work was precise and sturdy. He was also patient with all my questions and I have already hired him for additional work."

"John handled our aluminum fence install without delay. He walked the line with us first, made sure the layout matched what we wanted, and started right away. The panels went in clean, no gaps or uneven spots. He stayed on task and worked through until it was done. No talking in circles, no delays. The fence looks tight and secure. Glad we picked this crew."

"This is one of those businesses that deserves six stars. We hired them to replace a driveway gate in our complex. That one was cheap, and showed it. Richard and Sean at Lotsa Fence gave us a reasonable quotation, installed an excellent gate, and have provided superb after-sale service - including free adjustments (even to the latch) and repairs for one year under warranty. Highly recommended!"

"excellent job replacing parts for older garage door...would use them again..thorough, honest, polite, efficient, and did a great job he was VERY honest in telling me that many parts did not need to be replaced but since it was an older system i did it anyways.... i really like how they work and would definitely use them again ."

"Working with Sino-America General Contracting was excellent from start to finish. Our project was a complete redo of the basement - we had demo'd floors, walls, and ceiling ourselves, and hired Mason and his team to help install a custom bathroom under the stairs complete with custom shower pan, under floor heating, and tiled walls. We also had them build a small mechanical room, install insulation, redo flooring, redo drywalls, build a drywall frame around the HVAC, install new vents and ducts, and install recessed lighting. They also built a bannister for the stairs leading to the basement and installed a matching railing and bannister for the upstairs. Finally the installed new doors for the upstairs and downstairs, and moved the downstairs door to the right a few inches in order to accommodate our design. This necessitated external brickwork and they were able to match the 70 year old brick extremely well. From the initial meeting Mason was responsive and professional as we went back and forth on the design of the bathroom. The designer (whose name I sadly can't remember) did a fantastic job with clever use of space and a keen understanding of how the design will translate into real life. Experienced in AutoCAD - they provided clear and very accurate 2D renderings and beautiful 3D renderings of the finished design, including 3D renderings of the style of sinks, toilet, lights, and mirrors we wanted. The contract was well presented and explained with the scope of the project clearly identified. At no point was anything unclear. He worked with a punch list with holdback until the punch list completed. Communication of contractor's needs and schedules were well coordinated with mine so there were no surprise missed days. Worked weekends to help expedite project completion. Any issues or concerns that we had during construction were explained or addressed right away. There was an accidental error during installation of the under floor heating and Mason and his team addressed it which required removing tile, reinstalling the heating system, testing, and replacing tile. They built a good relationship of trust with excellent communication throughout The quality of the work is excellent and stands up to close scrutiny. Smooth, crisp, and even drywall and corners, including on strange angles and niches. Beautiful, uniform color application Beautiful tiling and corners. The attention to detail was also very good. As an example we turned the remaining space under the stairs into a kitty-litter area including custom trapezoidal door and externally vented bathroom fan. Despite it being in a low-traffic area, all the work in that miniature room was of the same quality - crisp corners, well-joined shoe-moulding, and nicely painted edges. I recommend Sino-American Construction without hesitation."

"It went well with Kelvin overseeing the fence installation. Because of his sincerity, I hired his company to complete my deck which had been started by another person. The employees did an excellent job and knew what they were doing. The personal service is excellent and the estimates fair. I definitely recommend this company!!! Lynda Dallas"

"The experience was great!  Asa is a personable guy who seems to enjoy what he is doing.  He came to my house, on time, and explained to me how the "Big Deal" worked. I had been unable to find the right weatherstripping and unwilling to remove the old without knowing what I was going to replace it with. Asa showed me exactly what I needed and it took him only a few minutes to fix.
The "sleeve" had to be made. The door hole is on a metal door and over sized for any doorknob I could find. The result is the doorknob slides around on the face of the door and scrapes off the paint; inside and out.  With a PVC connector, Asa ground off the inner ring with a drill and then the outer face using an inverted belt sander. Then, he drilled a hole in the side for the lock bar to travel through. The result was exactly what I have wanted for years, the door knob is secure in the hole, and I no longer feel as if I have to buy a new door.
Asa is capable, efficient, and fair.  I will not hesitate to call him with additional work.

"Adrian was great. The estimate was about $20,000 for the second story, composite deck we want which means that the project will be put off for a little while. We will probably get a couple other estimates for comparison at that point, but we were very happy with our consultation experience with Adrian."

"Workers showed up on time, were friendly and very professional. Everything was done even beyond our expectations - for example, when the windows were done, all the windows tracks, sills, and even screens were also cleaned."

"I can not rave enough about this company! They did a truly amazing job. The salesman Chuck, and the office crew are so nice and professional. The pricing was absolutely satisfying and the workmanship is perfect. We love everything they did for us. I highly recommend this company!!"
