We contacted Mark King, the owner, and described the work we would like done and sent him pictures of our garden pond. Mark responded right away and explained the steps needed to clean the pond and outlined what his company would do and he then provided us a cost estimate. We felt comfortable with selecting The Pond Doctor and Mark placed us on his work schedule and a few days later Jeremiah, the foreman, and his crew arrived. Everyone on the crew was polite, professional, and experienced and quickly tackled the large job ahead of them. The end result - our pond looks wonderful. After removing all the muck, the pond and waterfall were power washed, vacuumed, and the pond refilled with clean water. I got a very professional reminder from backyard ponds in the mail today, and I really appreciate the reminder. Sometimes things like this slip your mind, but it's very nice that they remind you that winter is coming up, and you need to plan for the future. "Ms. Jennifer and her partner Ms, Hillary have been in business together 19 yrs exclusively installing repairing and aiding pond owners. To date, Backyard Ponds is the only one who ever contacted us back from our 3-25-15 Home Advisors inquiry. McHale who put original pond in for the seller eventually called us back (within week) leaving message they "are booked until the end of May call someone else if we couldn't wait or call back to get on June schedule". Although her team was all out on a big job site on 3-25-15, Ms. Jennifer immediately gave us a detailed list to troubleshoot problem report back to her giving us her personal cell/house# instructing us to go to her house someone would give us the supplies (we didn't have know of) to save the fish in our make shift holding tub. Ms. Sandra the manager awaited us gave us the critical needed "dechlorinator" with easy instructions gave us a mini crash course as newfound Koi owners the full tour and history leaving us further assured we/fish/pond all in good hands. Ms. Jennifer was most accommodating to our unusual availability showed promptly listened intently and presented numerous options to accommodate all budgets scenarios. We are prioritizing projects as newfound home/pond owners, but highly would recommend her and her team!"

They were very helpful with suggestions for repairs and are going to send ideas of what they can do (the fountain needs a complete re-do). For now they repaired the liner so we can use it till we get it re-done. Very happy with their service."
