"In May 2020, A&D Exteriors completed 2 large projects for my wife and I: 1) they replaced our asphalt shingle roof, and 2) they installed vinyl siding to replace our cedar siding. We are extremely pleased with how both projects turned out! Kevin Kowalski was the project manager for both projects, and he was a pleasure to work with. He came to our house to evaluate what we wanted done, and he emailed us detailed proposals for each project. The prices were very competitive, and we signed the proposals to move forward. From start to finish, Kevin kept us informed about the status of things, and he always answered our questions promptly. A&D Exteriors also has a designer, Heidi, and she came out to give us her ideas, including helping us choose colors. The roof replacement was done first, and it was completed in 1 day. Eugene was the foreman of a large crew of 7. They came at 7:30am and were done at 3:30pm. Importantly, the crew did a terrific job of cleaning up. Something we particularly liked was that they didn’t put a fixed dumpster in our driveway, they used a dump trailer on wheels to avoid doing damage to the driveway. The dump trailer was dropped off the night before, and was taken away the same day after the roof replacement was finished. The siding project was next, and Arthur was the foreman of a crew of 2. The 2 of them did an amazing job putting up the vinyl Board and Batten vertical siding and the LP SmartSide engineered wood trim to closely match the existing look of our Tudor style house. The work was completed in 4.5 days, and the house looks great! They also did a thorough job of cleaning up. We give A&D Exteriors our highest recommendation!"

Replaced with roof decking Replaced bathroom vent and piping Added ice shield to prevent ice damns Replaces damaged rotted plywood reshingled with Certantee 50 rated shingles Infinity was incredibly fast and accurate with their services. "I contacted Mike online through Angi, and he responded by phone almost immediately. I had a small patch where a shingle had blown off of my 20 year old roof. He came out the next day, inspected the roof and gutters, and explained what needed to be done. He assured me the roof itself is sturdy and in good condition, but some of the asphalt shingles were pulling away from the roof, making it ripe for more damage. He suggested that they re-nail/seal the shingles wherever it was needed, completely seal the seams around chimney, vents, fans, etc., and clean out the gutters (some of which had vegetation growing). We agreed on a reasonable price, which included a one year warranty. He came the next morning with a sizable crew who completed the agreed upon work on the house and garage in about an hour. They were careful to clean up and dispose of any debris that resulted. I would definitely use Gemini Roofing again. Thorough, efficient, pleasant and easy to work with. Thanks Mike! "

"During spring cleaning I noticed roof shingles were missing. I talk to a couple of companies about the roof but was undecided about hiring. Bob the builder performed an inspection and provide an estimate. They were very knowledgeable and professional. I was happy with the estimate and conversation so I signed the contract the same day. The roof was completed in a timely manner and I am satisfied with my new roof and the service provided. A neighbor stop by to inquire about my new roof and I recommended the Bob the Builder. They also did the neighbor roof."

"My husband tried to repair our roof, but when it rained we would still get leaks around the skylight and the chimney, called paramount and Marco came out and let us know where my husband made mistakes, [now we had other people come out and they did not want to make repairs, only replace the whole roof] Marco gave us a great price and moved some appointments around to do the repairs because it had been raining a lot, and we were getting leaks in three places of our home, gave us a discount for paying cash and this all took place in May and as of today 1 day from being in October still no leaks, when funds are available I will be calling Paramount to replace the whole roof.
