He came to my house, inspected my roof, then sat down with me and explained the whole roofing process from beginning to end including the cost (no payment until the work was completed). He was never pushy but wanted to make sure all my questions were answered. "Trying to execute a major outdoor renovation project during a time of global supply chain disruptions poses many challenges. Happy to report that Mal and PHI navigated that rocky path very well. Mal kept us informed of the many changes coming from the supplier as far as colors and delivery. It was a long process...8 months between signing the contract and having the work completed. In the end we are very happy with the product and the quality of the work. A major windstorm hit the area the day after the work was completed and put the installation to the test. This was in an area where they replaced sheathing material right over my breaker box. I contacted the rep, who acknowledged my issue and I am waiting to hear back."
