It is illegal for any person to do work on a structure built prior to 1978 that hasn't been tested for lead and if lead is present it is illegal for any person to work on that structure that is not certified by the EPA. $34,000.00 fine for not complying.

At least 20 % of all costs are paid upfront by the client, 60% is paid before the drywall process and 20% is paid before completion of the job. Any problems experienced within 30 days of the job are corrected free of charge. Longer term warranties are available on some services.
