"My dryer repair was handled promptly and efficiently by Ken at Affordable Appliance."

"I needed to replace my microwave oven. I got a very quick , almost instantaneous, initial response by phone. Within an hour Brian Sheehan was at my house helping me to choose a good model there and then. It was installed and running within three days. Brian is a very knowledgeable and efficient professional, it was a pleasure to work with him."

"I needed the Defrost system assembly replaced in my refrigerator. I called around and I couldn’t afford the prices or just couldn’t get someone to come do it. A friend from Framingham recommended Horizon Appliance Solutions but said they only work in the Ashland area and I live in Boston. A gentleman answered my call was very polite. I explained my situation and the difficulties I’m having finding someone to do the work. He reassured me that someone will come see the job by the end of that same day. They came same day, did the work and charged less than 3 other quotes I received. I cannot thank them enough. In difficult times so good to know there still are good people. Thank you Alex and everyone at Horizon."

"I hired Bob to install a new induction range, replacing a cooktop and cutting some of the stone countertop. He also replaced the existing hood vent with an over-the-range microwave. He was very knowledgeable and was able to do all of the work involved by himself. (Two other people that I spoke with could only do one part of the work and had no idea who could help me with the other parts.) Bob knew exactly what needed to be done and gave me a quote that was very reasonable. He worked with us to figure out how to make it look like everything had originally been installed that way. He showed up on the days he promised and let us know when he was running late (he was only 15 minutes late). He was really easy to work with, extremely knowledgeable, and my wife absolutely loved the final result!"

"We’ve recently reached out to Stocker Appliance for our dishwasher that was was not able to complete a full wash. We kept getting an OE error and water was remaining in the bottom without being fully drained. Ryan was amazing! He was right on point with what the issue was. We purchased the part via an email Ryan had sent. The whole process was so easy and flowed with ease! I would use stocker appliance over and over again. And Ryan is top notch!"

"We initially hired Eddy to install an above the range microwave with vent. When he arrived, we asked about a few other odd jobs that needed to be done. It turns out, Eddie is a Jack of all trades and certified to perform plumbing work as well! He completed an access door to our new space, installed our dishwasher, new sink faucet, and turned on our gas line. Eddie came when he said he would, cleaned up his work areas, and reviewed the work with us when it was done. We are lucky to have found Eddy to help complete our punch list!! We highly recommend!"

"Did a prenominal job. Everything he said he was going to do, was done they are very responsive, I am definitely happy with the work."

"Mr. Sweeney installed an outlet in the house and also an electrical vehicle charger. He was very informative about the work he was doing and was very friendly. I’d recommend him for any work you may need. Hard worker and very driven."
