"Jason and the team at Doherty Slate Roofing did a great job on our roof. Replaced slates, fixed leaks, and helped reseal seams that were in great need of repair but had been ignored by previous roofers. We will definitely have them back to maintain our roof going forward."

"The service and work that Beantown provided was outstanding! From the very prompt and efficient estimate by Jim to the completion of the work from the workers everything was outstanding. Derick the project manager and his team with Tony, and others were here early on the day the work started and worked extremely hard the entire time they were here. When they left, the room was all cleaned up and it was like they were never here, except for the outstanding job on the installation of new skylights! They did a tremendous job, and they removed the old skylights that were leaking and installed the correct skylights for the pitch of our roof. We are extremely pleased with how the work was performed and how nice they now look. Previously the trim on the inside was all damaged from the leaking and continued to leak and show water stains. They repaired the trim also and now it looks fabulous and does not leak at all! It doesn't even look as if there is glass in the skylights as they are so clean and installed correctly! What an outstanding job Beantown did in a very timely and efficient time frame. The job was completed within 3 hours! We have already gotten an additional estimate for our main bathroom shower and will definately be proceeding with more work from Beantown. These guys and this company are top notch contractors and so easy and professional to deal with (and reasonably priced too)!"

"OTR did a great job, my metal roof is completely bomb proof and has weathered the initial set of storms with ease.  We had a few bumps along the way, which OTR handled in stride and made sure the finished roof was top notch.  On one side we have a pretty wide chimney, which was a big source of leaks where the roof line meets it.  OTR custom built the bracket and cover for the cricket to insure there was no way for water to sneak in, very impressed.

My only regret is I wish Tim has been onsite full time as one of the bumps that we encountered could have been avoided and thus shortened the time frame to complete the work.  But kudos to OTR for owning and resolving the issue.

OTR started within the window they provided months in advance and were onsite every day until the job was complete.

The office staff and project lead were very responsive, I found I got really quick responses via email.

Overall, I highly recommend them.

"Mr. Cook responded promptly to my request for an estimate on my roofing job. He arrived as promised and provided a very thorough and fair estimate for the work requested, which was re-roofing the house, a garage, an addition and a shed, adding a 27' section of gutter to my garage and replacing two skylights in my addition. He was professional and personable, as well as very knowledgeable. The estimate he provided was complete and fair. In addition, he provided a list of homes he had roofed (with shingle colors) so that I could get a good idea of the color in actual lighting conditions. I was very pleased with his interaction and have no doubt as to his capability. Unfortunately, you can only hire one firm and I opted for a different company but you should contact him for an estimate on your job. He is well established and would be competitive."

"Worked with MGS Construction to replace an old roof and it was a great experience. They described the entire scope of the work and gave an accurate and honest quote, whereas many others tried scamming asking 2-3x as much. They had a large crew replace an entire 2000 sq ft roof in half a day and cleaned up very well. Roof looks brand new and no leaks anymore!"

"The roof was changed last week and the quality is great."

"After a great deal of research into different metal roofing companies, we decided to call East Coast Metal Roofing. Dave Harrison came to our house, walking us through all the steps and answering whatever questions we had. We felt very good about our decision. The roofing team arrived earlier this past week. I didn't know that sort of worth ethic was still out there, but we were incredibly impressed! The care taken to protect the home and surrounding features, the constant clean up and the amazing skill to put our roof on so beautifully. Neighbors have commented on what a beautiful roof it is and we agree! They finished in a couple days and that night the rains came! No more worrying about a compromised roof! Thank you, Dave! Please convey our thanks to all members of the team at ECMR that made this possible. We are beyond thrilled with our decision and highly recommend ECMR to anyone contemplating a metal roof. Well worth the investment in our home."

"I was extremely happy with their work. The background is that I hired another roofer for a whole roof replacement earlier in the year. He is a big name on Angie's List and very well reviewed. He did a good job but told me he didn't know how to fix a section of rubber roof that abutted a wooden gutter that had been covered with metal flashing in the past. He recommended a copper roofer, who never returned my calls. Newton Roofing Residential came to my rescue. When I met the manager, Rich, it was clear to me that he was extremely knowledgeable and experienced. He recommended a solution that solved my problem at a very reasonable price. The quote was rapid and thorough. The work was done in a timely fashion and is clearly high quality. My only regret is that I didn't hire them in the first place to do my whole roof replacement, don't make the same mistake I did."

"Loved James who came to do the estimate. He spent time educating me which I truly appreciate. Estimate done quickly, and reasonably priced. My only complaint is that 10 days after they had a signed contract I was still calling and asking for a tarp over the site of the leak as storm after storm caused leaking into my bedroom where despite having buckets to catch the rain it was still ruining my hardwood floors. I spoke and wrote emails to Melissa to ask for a tarp and either was told they “were too busy to come out”or did not even return my calls. Thankfully once I was able to bypass Melissa, Mr PJ Willard intervened and a tarp was up the next day and the roof done immediately after. Great work, completed quickly once started. I will never be sure if Melissa is solely responsible for decision making, or she is told to delay requests. Either way, sorry to say it was the only bad part of the job. Otherwise A plus."

"Its the weekend before Christmas and the roof is leaking. The local home improvement company said it would take 30 days for repair. I searched for roof shingles on google and pop this company. They got my roof fixed in a week. It's so fast that they guarantee it."
