In addition to removing old carpet, pad, and underlayment ,and the laying of our new Mirage 3/4" hardwood, he moved some big furniture and relocated heat ducts to accommodate new registers. He disposed of all trash. About 260 square feet. Simple rectangular shape with fireplace hearth cutout.
