"Certified roofing did very well. They were the first to respond to my Angi query. Tim was smart, quick, and had an excellent work ethic. We had a slight miscommunication on what the job entailed, which is being cleared up as we speak. I would definitely hire them again."

"I’m going to begin this review by saying, I have never hired someone to do a job on my house where I have been completely satisfied with the labor and the finished product. Until now. I just hired a company to remove my existing shingle roof and replace it. Not only is the finished product of excellent quality, but the technicians were extremely diligent in making sure everything was done with precision. The entire job even down to the clean up afterwards is outstanding…. I highly recommend Coxs Roofing and I will be using them whenever I need roofing work done. Oh! And they also had the best price quote out of three estimates I received. 1121 Roland Heights Ave. 21211"

"Roof & window we're repaired immediately. They showed up the following day after my initial call and provided an accurate estimate. Work commensed right after I signed the contract. The siding took a bit longer due to difficulty matching my 16 yr. old siding (an exact match was no longer being manufactured). I learned this is a common problem. Once an acceptable match was found; the work was completed promptly and correctly. Every effort was made to satisfy me (the customer) and they succeeded. I would hire them again for future needs."

"I couldn't have been more pleased with Charm City Roofing. Home repairs, especially roof repairs were something I dreaded to think about. My experience with Charm City Roofing changed all of that. Starting with my point of contact Mac who did a WONDERFUL job explaining the process and providing a comprehensive step by step of how the installation of my replacement roof would be completed. My home currently has solar panels which needed to be removed before the installation of the new roof could begin, due to the slow response from the solar company this took over 4 months! Dispite this headache, while waiting for the removal the Charm City Roofing Team checked in with me periodically, maintained my tentative install date and continually assured me they would get the job done. The roof was completed as promised and I couldn't be more happy, the installers showed up on time! roof was completed in one business day! (Again as promised) Yard was cleaned up Completely of every material."

"The entire process went very well. The team at JDH is excellent, from their sales guys, to on site managers, to individual workers. All are professional and courteous and take their time to do it right. We've had a few scheduling hic-ups throughout the process, but overall they've been excellent from start to finish. Most importantly, my new roof and skylights look top notch, and will last a lifetime!"

"The projects went very well. The finished products were excellent."

"***The work completed was a storm door replacement*** Jamie was awesome and for the job, his rates are very reasonable. I made contact with him from a recommendation on nextdoor. It was a very short timeframe from when I made the initial contact with him to yesterday when he was able to get the job done. If anyone in Anne Arundel county or the nearby surrounding areas and need something done around the house (other than HVAC or wiring), give Jamie a call. Thanks again, Jamie."

"Excellent! Very fast and extremely Knowledgeable-I really like the fact that they focus only on roofing and they just they didn’t just come out and inspect the air my roof water was leaking inside the interior they went inside to actually see the water stain to see exactly what needs to be repaired. Most importantly they focused on repairing the area requested versus other companies who oppression me to replace the entire roof Versus focusing on the area with the issue"

"Jose was very professional. Despite being the highest estimate, he still got the job. He answered all my questions and gave me the confidence that he was right for the job. He also addressed any concerns I had during the roof replacement. His crew even repaired my shed, which needed A LOT of work outside of just replacing the roof. Communication was never an issue, I was always met with a swift response. This is the first time I have had such an expensive project and I am glad Jose was able to make it so easy and stress free."

"I met David Garner of Garner Roofing in Harford County, Maryland. David was prompt with the appointment and listened to what I wanted as far as the work. Mr. Garner communicated with me during my contractor selection and his contract offered the best price for the best products. David shared with me the new technologies of roofing and explained the beneficial changes of that work and how it would enhance the property appeal and result in longer warranties. Garner Roofing was fast with the installation, did an efficient clean-up and he returned after the job to ensure my complete satisfaction. I highly recommend Garner Roofing and if you need a new roof or are considering replacement then I endorse David Garner to assist you in your decision. The new roof at my home has the PRO Architectural Black shingles that are thicker and heavier than standard shingles. It has a 130 mph Wind Rating, 15 yrs. My new roof is incredibly beautiful and the new look provides a striking difference to the old, white, stained roof that was replaced. Thank you David for an Outstanding job!
