"They were supposed to come on Thursday, but then they called me and told me that they were going to have to reschedule for Friday. on Friday one person showed up, looked at the roof, and said that it was a 2 man job, and they would have to reschedule again for Saturday or Monday. I waited through the weekend to hear from them, but no one has been in touch with me."

"Floors Sag or Shake was one of three estimates we got to reinforce the sagging floors in four rooms of our older home. We went with them based on the work they proposed and their positive online reviews, and we are completely satisfied with their work. They worked over three days to pour concrete footings, jack up the floors as best as possible, and then add permanent supports. They also removed an old vapor barrier and installed a new one. Each day, they arrived early and worked through the day. They communicated well and were courteous and professional. Prior to their work, our floors were not even close to level. The installers were Timely, Professional and Amazing to watch. The Clean-up at the end of the Day was detailed to the point of using a Magnetic rake to Gather any nails that may have hit the ground during the old Roof removal, and Lastly Karl who was the Job Supervisor During Install.
