"For the 20 years we have been in our house, we used The Kitchen Master for our kitchen, our master bathroom, our hall bathroom and the best **** mud room you will ever see. Jennifer is an extraordinary designer and Ted is a perfectionist who will make sure his team delivers top notch work. For our first project, the kitchen, we ordered the cabinets through The Kitchen Master but had our own contractor install them. Big mistake! A few years later when Ted came to the house for the next project, he was so disappointed with how my contractor hung the kitchen cabinets that he fixed them for me. I’ve never used anyone else since. We haven’t had a major project in about 5 years but when I decided to sell my house, I needed a few things fixed to make everything look great. Some water damage below the sink had warped that cabinet, a toe kick was beyond a simple touch-up, and then I broke a glass pane in one of the kitchen cabinets 2 weeks before showings were to start. Ted and his team hopped right on it when I called. They didn’t have to do that. My work wasn’t going to be a big money maker and I’m moving out of state so there isn’t the promise of a lot of work in my next house. But none of that mattered. Ted and his team made me feel like they always make me feel - like my project was the most important one in the world."

She worked within my budget and was responsive and thorough in all of her explanations. "I have used several Granite Gold products and like their effectiveness because they do what they are supposed to do. No strong fumes or irritating skin problems. The granite counter top daily cleaner and polish are so easy to use (spay it on and wipe with a paper towel) to keep all your stone products clean and shiny. I was surprised to see how effective the grout cleaner is. I sprayed it on some dirty tire floors in the bathroom and let it sit for a couple of minutes. Then I went over it with the scrub brush they provide. It looked clean then, but when it dried, it was much brighter. This is a 40 Year old bathroom tile floor pictured. Granite Gold also provides excellent professional support."

"Sal was recommended to us by a friend that found him here on Angie's List. We had him completely gut our bathroom to the studs. Overall he did a great job. Everything was undated that needed to be including plumbing, exhaust fan, mold resistant wet area dry wall etc. The shower he built turned out perfect and we get compliments from everyone thats sees it. At first we thought his price was a little high, but we are so glad we went with him. You actually do get what you pay for. I gave him a "B" under responsiveness only because we had to wait approx 6 weeks for him to schedule the work. With that said it is a good comfortable feeling to know that he is that busy and in such a high demand.
