"Work started on a Saturday with large experienced teardown crew. They completed teardown and started wood replacement where necessary. At end of the day they covered the entire roof with sheeting in case of rain. A small experienced crew returned early on Monday to complete the wood work. When city inspection was done on wood repair, they started the shingle work and finished in a few days. At the end of every day they went on a nail patrol with magnetic tools looking for nails around the perimeter of the house. They did a very professional job with roof, cleanup, etc. I used Hoyt before on another house and will use them again."

"Great experience from start to finish. The team was professional, showed up on time, and clearly explained the repair process. They fixed my roof quickly and did high quality work, everything looks solid and well done. Pricing was fair with no surprises, and they made sure everything was clean before leaving. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing reliable roofing repairs."

"If you're looking for an honest and knowledgeable roofing company, look no further. I was truly impressed by Adam, the owner, and his transparency throughout the process. He came out to inspect my flat roof and took the time to thoroughly explain its condition. He mentioned that my roof was very flat and would need to be hot mopped—a service he doesn’t offer. What stood out most was his honesty. He explained that a torch-down roof, which other companies were pushing, wouldn’t last and would likely start leaking in just a few years. He even advised me to place my AC unit on a metal platform when the new roof is installed, as the current wooden one I have is not up to code—something no other inspector had mentioned. Not only was Adam honest, but his expertise was clear. While I’m disappointed that he doesn’t offer hot mopping services, I would have hired him in a heartbeat if he did. His integrity and knowledge make him someone I would trust without hesitation."

"David and his crew were amazing! They tackled our roof repair project with skill and precision. Could not be happier with the outcome. Thanks, Essential Builders!"

"Excellent communication from the first meeting to look at the roof, through establishing the contract, scheduling, and completing the work. There was unexpected additional action required at the end of the project and, Rene, the Superintendent, followed up and had that completed ASAP. I also want to comment that the roof replacement was done on my parents' home in S.Calif. I live in the Seattle area. I had hoped to be there during the roof replacement but the timing was such that I could not be. Rene was accessible to me by phone or email if I had questions or was working through details on behalf of my parents. He always responded in a timely manner. Rene also went above and beyond by taking pictures of each stage of the project, emailing them to me with updates. My parents asked me to be on point so much of the communication came to me, yet Rene also kept my parents' updated. Jordan Roofing is professional, timely, and clean up was thorough. Excellent customer service and high quality work. Even the city roof inspector commented that Jordan Roofing Company does excellent work. I highly recommend Jordan Roofing Company."

"I discovered a small leak in our garage roof. Lifetime Roofing was quick to send a tech to look at the problem. They discovered that the problem was with one of the vents in the roof and not the roof and apply a fix. Hope it works, but the service was quick, honest and communication was great. Thank you Tony!"

"They did a great job from start to finish of our flat metal roof repair project! Highly Recommend these guys!"

"Exceptional experience! Platinum Roofing & Retro-Fit exceeded our expectations with their prompt response and efficient repair work. The project manager was proactive in addressing all our concerns and kept us informed throughout the process. Our roof is now sturdy and secure, thanks to their expertise. 5 STARS!!"

"A HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL AND ORGANIZED COMPANY; A WELL MANNERED STAFF; A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH. I hired this company to repair my sunroom roof. Unlike the two previous companies who were hired to do the same job...and botched the repair by only putting on band-aids, Home2Renovate came through by actually fixing my problem! Two company project managers sat with my wife and I and walked us through the process, explaining each step. They took photos of the damaged areas and pointed out other potential problems with the roof. After the initial signing of the contract the installation team came to the house the next day to walk us through their process, pointing out what will actually take place. The day of the repair, the crews arrived on time, had the proper materials, came with a crew who were all proficient in their positions and when finished, cleaned the area professionally. Later in the afternoon, the production manager came out to walk and inspect the repaired roof. He took photos, verified that the work was complete and had me sign off on the work. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs work on their home."

"Amir and his team did a great job with replacing our entire roof."
