He promptly added us to his schedule in order to coordinate with our roofing project. Armando and his crew removed damaged brick from our 100 yr old garage and replaced them with matching materials. They also did tuckpointing on the garage and house. Armando and I did a walk through and he addressed all the areas that I pointed out as being of concern. The work looks Great! We intend to have him back out to rebuild our front entrance steps."

They reseated loose stones, removed and replaced all the cracked mortar joints, and replaced a dozen brick papers around the perimeter. Their bid was reasonable for how much work there was, they were consistently on time each morning at 7 a.m. and it was all done in 3 days. "Unbelievable experience with Rock N Block. We went back and forth for a while on if we wanted to do turf or just continue to try and grow grass in our small front yard. Ultimately, the dog tracking in mud this spring was a breaking point for us and we contacted Rock N Block. "Had a large existing paver patio removed and underlying concrete pad, which was previously put in by DMX landscape just horrible!!! DMX put in 3 other patios in my neighborhood and all four (4) of us had them tore out and redone, I wouldnâ t hire DMX to walk my dog!!! ***I contacted Giovanni with Denver Landscape and his crew lead by Fabian did an outstanding butt busting intensive labor job to demolish & carry out numerous wheel barrels of sand and concrete! They then brought in road base and compacted going over it several times, the put in the new extra large pavers and it is beautiful! This new patio will be here for a life time it is and has a perfect grade for draining!!!!! The lead man on the job (Fabian) was pleasant, communicated from beginning to end of the job, everyday they cleaned up put everything away before they left the job. They worked diligently everyday except Sunday to complete the job. Owner Giovanni was always available returned my texts/calls immediately anytime I had a question. Denver Landscape put in my next door neighbors patio 2 years ago and they did a fantastic job. I recommended DL to my daughter last year and they did a huge patio for her and did a fantastic job there too! *** This is why I hired them a few weeks ago to do mine, honestly if you want the job done efficiently and correctly you should hire them or take your chances going elsewhere and then call Giovanni to come fix the mess the other company does for you! He came two days after his quote, finished the job in a few hours, and cleaned up immaculately. On top of it all, his quote was the lowest of three. "Bill at Vintage Stone Works has an amazing depth and breadth of experience. He has built homes from the ground up and now focuses on rehabbing. We have lived in our house for 16 years, and we had fairly severe cracks in our brick and mortar. Bill fixed those to the point where it's hard to even notice where they were fixed. He also was able to address structural issues by installing steel brackets for additional support. He is a skilled craftsman and also an artist. He got paint that matches with the color our brick almost perfectly. Our house is over 60 years old, so he even got 2 slightly different kinds of paint to address differences caused by UV weathering! Bill also was able to fix the bricks that had settled/broken off our chimney - he installed a new concrete footer under the chimney and doweled into the house foundation so that the chimney will never move again! I would absolutely recommend Bill for brick work, structural work, and concrete work. He even did a couple things that weren't in his scope and didn't charge anything for it - like some additional grading work around the house. Bill has great pride in his work, and he was excited to bring my house back to life. When he was done, my house looked 30 years younger!"
