He gladly showed me his proof of insurance when I asked about it, and got the job done at a good price and in a timely manner, leaving no mess, and showed me pictures of before and after. He also checked the gutters for leaks at the few seams, as well as cleared the downspouts. So nice to have clean rain gutters now, and have confidence that there won't be any issues with them in the coming rain season!
