"Adrian responded within a few minutes to my request and was out surveying the work required early the next morning. By the following day my sprinkler system was like new. I would highly recommend Adrian for his punctuality, strong work ethic and reasonable prices."

"The job was done very well. Chris made sure to level everything and made suggestions to help in the driveway entrance. Chris is very friendly, easy to work with and I would not hesitate to call him for his help again."

"Garry called me and requested to come over to see the scope of the work. He showed up right on time for the appointment and after I showed him the broken pocket door and explaining that I wanted all the hardware to be replaced including the top track. He wanted to make sure about the quality of the top track I like him to buy, so gave him my specification that is to get an aluminium track and 3 wheel rollers, I was tired of spending money to repair every year. He called me the night before to make sure I will be home. He showed up on time to start the work. I told him here you are, I will be in my home office, when done just call me. So, took a little longer that I expected it, because of wall sheathing being plaster board, but when he called me and went to see the completed project, to my surprise, he had completed the job and just about ready to paint the access opening of the wall - which you need to open to replace the track. He charged me exactly what we verbally agreed and I was very happy that after so many years of search and work with so many handyman, I finally found a professional and honest person who respected the verbal contract and did not charge me more for the extra unexpected site issues. Garry has very good communication skills and keeps you updated with the schedules and appointments via cell phone. I will recommend him to anyone for a small or medium projects. All I can say "what a guy.""

"I will use them next year when the fruit comes off. The only problem I had was that the workers he left here didn't understand my English. I asked them not to cut something, and they cut it. Fruit trees are not suppose to have their trunks showing, because you can kill the trees. We got it cleared up before they got to the next tree."

"<p>met with owner at his office to discuss what would be the best layout for a backyard (I had pics of yard) with respect to minimal water usage and still provide a beautiful setting. owner came to our home and after looking at backyard sketched out a possible layout of plants, trees and flowers. We had several meetings at his business to fill in the details with respect to plants and details of what would be done by his company. The price for the job including vegetation, and fountain, etc was fairly steep with respect to what we wanted to spend but based on recommendations from others we went with his company. Work was scheduled to begin 3rd week of July, and as promised his crew showed up to begin the job. Work included weed removal and loosening backyard soil, extending the house patio into the backyard a bit, trenching for watering system to each plant and tree, layout of a gravel walkway which would meander around the backyard area, installation of fountains, etc. Once this was done the plants/trees were brought in and before they were planted they were arranged in their proposed location for us to evaluate. The locations were approved and the planting was completed. finally a few garden lights were strategically added. Believe me it was a beautiful sight when completed, just as the company had proposed. I'm listing a few other positive points of this company.</p> <p>1. The crews were always on time, even the subcontractors that were used for certain aspects of the job.</p> <p> 2.the individual workers whom I spoke with at varying times were polite and did their best to explain what they would do.</p> <p>3. The company layed out the tasks to complete the work and as each was finished we made a payment.</p> <p>4. There were times when we asked for occasional changes to the plan and they accommodated us with no complaints.</p> <p>5. Since my wife and I were not always at the house they adjusted their schedule to correlate as to when we were there to view the progress.</p> <p>I could go on about the wonderful job done by Monji Landscaping but I'll cut off here.</p> <br />"

FAQs for interlocking pavers for driveways & floors installation projects in Arvin, CA

With proper maintenance, permeable pavement can last for over 20 years. Bi-annual vacuuming prevents clogs from debris and sediment, extends the pavement’s lifespan, and helps you avoid costly driveway repairs. Permeable pavement often has a shorter lifespan in areas with heavy traffic or harsh weather conditions.

Pervious and porous usually refer to pouring asphalt or concrete—which is a single massive object—but with enough small holes to allow for even drainage. This is also sometimes called thirsty concrete. Permeable concrete pavers are precast concrete designed to also allow for drainage. Permeable grass pavers allow grass to grow through them and provide drainage.

Pervious, porous, and permeable pavers are similar because they make it easier for rain or snow to drain or absorb into the ground rather than overload the storm or sewer systems.

The most significant benefit of water-permeable pavement is that it helps precipitation absorb better (and slower) into the ground, which avoids overloading sewers and causing overflows and backups. It also helps recharge the groundwater and prevent agricultural runoff from lawns.

If you’ve ever seen water rushing into a storm drain, permeable pavement prevents that. Instead of water running off a steep driveway, a good amount of it “soaks” directly underneath the pavement.

Topmix permeable concrete costs $8 to $16 per square foot, including all installation costs. However, they give out estimates on a project-by-project basis. However, Tarmac, the company that made the product, no longer produces Topmix.

Ecoraster is a brand that offers many different permeable paving options in North America. Prices vary depending on the product and project. They’ll give estimates for each individual project. While not actual pavers, these grids serve a similar function. Ecoraster grids come in various styles and allow for similar drainage compared to permeable pavers or porous paving.

Permeable driveways may cost slightly more than a traditional paving type, but they reduce or eliminate the need to install any other type of drainage system. Drainage systems cost $2,000 to $6,500 to install. They also reduce stormwater runoff, sewer overflows, and help eliminate urban agriculture runoff, which can pollute waterways.
