"We had a great experience with Malone Plumbing and Heating. We recently purchased a home that uses oil heat and has a tankless hot water system that was failing. Additionally the expansion tank was failing causing the pressure valve to being to fail. Tom was very professional, prompt and provided a detailed and comprehensive quote in writing. We did not feel pressured to make a decision and felt that we were well informed regarding the job before work began. Jim, who works in the office is great. He responded quickly to our concerns and questions and was very clear in his communication. The job was completed by Eric and Josh who both did a great job! There were some complications with the work however they were able to work around it and I am truly pleased with everything. Our furnace is running much better now. We would definitely recommend them and will call them again for future work needed."

"Priority Plumbing installed a new Williamson oil furnace for us in Narragansett. The owner, Mike Cambio, provided us an estimate in a timely fashion and answered a number of questions as we compared vendors. His team showed up on time on the agreed upon install date, removed the 50-year-old furnace and replaced it with the new furnace. They cleaned up thoroughly and Mike then met me to test the unit and make sure all was in order. We highly recommend Mike and Priority Plumbing."

"Louis is the best!! Very conscientious, communicative and does EXCELLENT work. He showed up first thing everyday until the job was done. He had creative solutions for some tricky issues that cropped up with the old house and our modern needs and delivered the best results and appearance. He didn't take the expedient way out--he delivered quality solutions. He explained all the options and gave advice where needed and didn't try to up-sell me for his benefit. He understood the scope of the work and was precise in estimating how long each portion would take. He coordinated and communicated with the contractors, electricians and HVAC guys (none whom he had worked with before) so that he could get the job done right and on time--no ego issues or grumping about other's work or timing. He was accommodating with his schedule when he had to comeback after other contractors finished their part so he needed to perform his next step. Even after the bulk of the work was done and paid for, Louis continued to respond to questions via email or text by the next day, and he always came back when he scheduled to. His prices are fair for his top notch craftsmanship, and his work is thorough and neat. He is also very pleasant which is key when you are going to be seeing workers daily. "This was my first service call since joining Angie's List.  I did my checking of plumbers, and after reading several of their customer comments, I settled on Tom's Plumbing.  When I made a date for him to come, Tom told me he would be at my house between 9 & 11.  Tom and his worker showed up just a bit after 11:00.  After taking a look at the issue, they decided what the problem was and what was needed to fix it.  Tom told me what had to be replaced and he left while his worker went to buy the required parts, then came back and changed out the expansion tank and relief valve on my gas heating system.  He also bled the lines to get the air out., and left everything clean and neat.  Tom came back once the work was completed to check it all out.  I was happy with the work, the cost, and both Tom and his assistant.  They were polite, friendly, and professional.  It was a great first experience and I would hire Tom again without hesitation. <br />"

"We were very impressed with this company from beginning to end. A pipe in the basement began leaking through a dropped ceiling one evening. It was an emergency as the leak was severe. We first called two companies who claimed to have and quot;24 hourand quot; emergency service, and both said they could not come out until the morning. We then called Statewide, who came within an hour. <br /> The plumber found the leak (having to break through the dropped ceiling, which we gave him permission to do since it was ruined anyway), and pointed out that almost all of our cold and hot water pipes were corroded and needed replacing - not only those under that ceiling but the exposed ones in the rest of the basement. (A few were copper and had been replaced, but the rest were original.) We believed him because he could show us exactly where the corrosion points on each of them were; they were original brass pipes from the 1940's, and indeed another plumber had pointed this problem out to us years ago and we simply ignored it. The estimate they gave us for replacing all of these pipes was considerably less than the estimate we had gotten several years ago (they were able to replace them with a new plastic material,costing a lot less than copper). They were careful not to replace the copper ones which were newer; only the very old ones. <br /> They came exactly when they said they would, stuck to their exact estimate, and - while they had told us it might take and quot;most of the dayand quot; - they were finished by early afternoon. They were very professional, and cleaned up beautifully after their work. <br /> Rarely have we had such a satisfactory experience for a major plumbing issue, and we would certainly use them again."

"Nick and his team did a nice job remodeling a very small bathroom space we needed to be accessible to a person in a wheelchair. Nick spent a lot of time with us when he came out to look over the job to make sure he knew what we needed and he also made some good suggestions on how to get the most out of this small space. We were in a rush to get this job completed and Nick got the job started a day earlier then promised and worked hard to keep this project on schedule. "I hired Ravin LLC and its owner Kevin Choquette to remodel one of my bathrooms. There are nothing but positive things to say about the whole process. Every stage took place in a timely manner and with great professionalism. Kevin is very detailed and does not cut corners. He is thorough and genuinely cares about the outcome.
