He listens and offers suggestions when needed or appropriate. I also used an interior designer with whom he worked with ease. We had an aggressive time frame for this project and it was met. "Isles Ruffing exceeded all expectations. He made a appt for a quote quicker than I expected from anyone and arrived for that that appt exactly on time. The project was to repair a pair of interior pocket doors between rooms.Alex evaluated the problem quickly and then gave the unexpected when he said “I’m pretty sure that I can get those parts at Home Depot and if you would like I could run over there NOW get the parts and come back and do the job NOW”. Hard to explain how happy that made me. Alex came back and repaired the doors very quickly and did a wonderful job which I am extremely happy with the job. The icing on the cake was that Alex was a wonderful person to deal with which was great. A very professional person for which now is in my contact list for any future handyman project.
