James, the project manager, came on time with a large packet of brochures in full color and detailed information about each portion of product used to complete the replacement of asphalt singles on the roof of our home. A few days later after accepting the quote, a very friendly lady from the company's office called to make arrangements to do the job. When the time came, the roofing materials arrived the day before. The dumpster and the company owner along with his crew were here on time the next morning to do the job. It was a very cold and extremely windy morning but they went right to work. The weather conditions were very unpleasant but didn't seem to hinder them in accomplishing their task. They did everything mentioned in the contract including a good cleanup up the premises. They used all CertainTeed roofing materials and James had suggested the type and color of the shingles used on the roof. When completed the new shingles so dramatically enhanced the appearance off our home, we were completely overwhelmed.
