He couldn't figure it out, so they sent someone else to perform the service and replace the valve they broke. Then they tried to bill me for everything for $339. I pointed out that I want responsible for costs associated with the valve they broke and admitted to breaking. Here's their response, "We’ll accept the amount of $88 (the hourly rate) + $54 for a total of $142. We feel this is a good time to discontinue services to your property. Patty""
