He asked if I wanted him to check my chimney and oh my it was gross dirty with moss and areas where cement feel.out. He fixed it and it looks incredible 😲 Asked him to help with moss and mildew on shed and he has done one treatment and will be back to repeat. He didn't pressure me but asked if I might want to finish reminder of flat roof with the rolled roofing then I would not have to think about it for years. "I had a leak that can be seen from a ceiling. Called several roofing companies and got no reply back. Used home advisor and have Andrea called me and scheduled the visit promptly for Freddy to come and check the leak. Freddy was very professional, identified the leak that was due to improper seal of one of the skylights and fixed it right away. He also checked my other skylights and some had the same problem which he fixed. Freddy checked my roof for issues and provided tips for maintenance so it can last long. Definitely will recommend Global Home Improvement, Inc as a honest and very professional company !"

"Brian was very quick to respond to my request for a repair estimate. He showed up that same day to look over the job and gave me an estimate on the spot. Brian s servicemen showed up the next day to complete the repairs and did so with professionalism. While his men were initiating the repair, Brian inspected the rest of my roof and noticed issues with cracking rubber seals around my vent pipes which he notified me about and I agreed to have him repair those while he was on site.While he was working on the repair, I happened to notice a different issue with my roof on a different part of the house and he agreed to repair the new issue as well.After completing the repairs, his men cleaned up around the house and even used a leaf blower to complete the cleanup. They left the site and you would not know that they were ever there.I was very pleased with the job. Thank you, Brian."
