Damian and the D Day Plumbing team were very professional and knowledgeable and provided an estimate with a couple different options and their related costs. They installed a new utility sink, sink pump, and needed piping and valves with tie ins to the main septic. They made improvement above and beyond the initial job breakdown, all the while staying within budget. I will certainly consider them again for any future work. "On Monday morning we woke up with no heat.  At 8:15 AM I called Cuddy Brothers and spoke with Chris. He said they could come out in the afternoon, and asked that I text him the address.  He also said he might be able to get there sooner, and that he would let me know within the hour.  He called back about 45 minutes later to say he would be there in about 30 minutes.  He was friendly and professional on the phone and in person.  He assessed the situation, listened to my description of the noise the boiler was making and what we had already tried, and was quickly able to diagnose the problem.  He didn't have the part in his truck, so went to get it from his shop. He replaced the part, made sure everything was running again, then gave me a tutorial on how the system works.  Although the job took more than an hour as he had to go to his shop he only charged for an hour of labor.  The part was $225, and the labor was $150, not cheap, but seemed fair to me.  He also offered to talk with my husband by phone if he had any questions. We would hire Cuddy Brothers again, and are happy that we found a local plumber to work with.

"They were excellent to work with giving us a complete detailed estimate for each of our 3 projects including all of our allowances. Including agreed upon payments schedules for each. They communicated schedules and any adjustment to those schedules, which were all minor. They cleaned at the end of each day of work to keep the dirt down to a minimum. As we did 3 different projects, each with their own contract, if we had not been happy with the first or second we obviously would have not continued to work with them. Friends of ours recommended Superior K&B and we are completely satisfied with their work, including their selected sub-contractors."
