Bill coordinated the final measurements and the installation crew. I was not expecting the work to be done until early November. It was done October 21, 2020, weeks early. The installation crew, Ivan and Vito, were clean, professional and installed my six windows in a half day (replacing original windows from 1937 when the house was built). They were very careful of my outdoor plants and interior belongings. They thoroughly cleaned up and replaced the blinds hardware they had to remove to do the job. You'd be hard pressed to know they were even there. They were professional and true craftsmen. I cannot be happier with the quality of the windows or the service provided by ProEdge Remodeling by Custom Built. They are worth every penny I paid and they look so natural. "Andy picked up right away when I called to ask if he could take a look at my roof which had developed a tiny leak the night before. He said he could come out the very same day. When he arrived a few hours later he told me the roof was in good shape and should last another 7 years or so (the roof is 20 years old). The leak was being caused by a pipe boot which had deteriorated. He told me he'd get back to me later in the day with an estimate to replace the boots as well as to clean moss which had grown in a few areas. He ended up calling back a few hours later to say he could come out and replace the boots in an hour (he could schedule the roof cleaning within the next few weeks). So by the end of the day on the day I called he made the repair. He carefully explained what had to be done and how to do it properly and thought to use extra shingles I had stored in the basement. He was extremely nice, courteous, prompt and professional. He provided top notch service. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
