We came to an agreement on the price and the date when he would do the work. We needed to reschedule once because of heavy rain, but on the rescheduled day he and his crew showed up promptly (even though it was raining) and completed the project in one day. I asked if he would power wash a portion of my driveway that had turned green from water slowly releasing from my gutters and he did this at no additional cost. We noticed that one shingle had accidentally been damaged during the cleaning. Lou accepted a partial payment for the project until he could repair the shingle, which he did promptly. I believe that Lou conducts his work with pride and integrity, and that he will stand behind what he does. I will be sure to call him the next time I need work of this kind done on my house."
