"Roy was pleasant and professional from the get-go.  We had to wait a few days to get an appt to replace the garbage disposal but I had heard how good (and therefore busy!)  he was so I was willing to wait.  He even called before the appt to tell us of a sale on garbage disposals at Costco! <br /> He arrived 5 minutes early, was clean and appropriately dressed and got to work immediately.  The garbage disposal we had purchased as the replacement was quite large and exceptionally heavy but Roy managed to handle it quite nicely.  He installed it in a reasonable amount of time and everything worked wonderfully. <br /> We asked him if he could replace two furnace filters that were in the topmost part of a 15' tall room and he readily agreed to do it right then!  We were very pleased about this. <br /> The final charge of only $70 was, in my opinion, more than reasonable so we paid a bit more to let Roy know how much we appreciated his hard work. <br /> He left a clean work area and did both jobs exceptionally well and efficiently.  I will definitely be calling him back for future repairs and fixes.  I heartily recommend Roy Gilmore. <br />"

"Did a beautiful job.  Took eight days total.  Digging holes one day, cementing poles in another day.  They let the cement set for a few days to cure, then put up rest of the wire and cross poles.  Husband and I are extremely happy with their work and attitude.  The foreman of the job introduced himself and fellow workers when they arrived the first day.  This was very nice. If we fence any more of our acreage we will call on Rabitoy Fencing to do it without a doubt.  Also gave a good bid for the job. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED <br />"

"We began the process calling contractors and no one had time or would return our call. I called Forrest Construction and spoke with Lindsey the Owner and explained our situation with our bathroom and floors. When others had no time Linsdey made to come over that day and look at the bathroom to see what was needed. Due to damaged walls, sub flooring and showers walls/tile that water had got in behind a full gut and remodel was needed. Impressed with his communication, price to do the remodel and make it 100% better than what we had there was no need to look any further. "I had a wonderful experience with Tellurian Gardens. I wanted a small from porch built- only about 6x8, I called many companies, and they practically laughed at me when I told them the size of my project. My cousin, who is a landscape designer told me about Tellurian Gardens, and I gave them a call. Scott came over to look at the space, and a number of other projects I had in mind and got me quotes in good time. He and his crew were great to work with. We went back and forth about the design of the porch a number of time, and he had great ideas, but was not put out if I decided not to go that way. The porch was done in about 3 days, and is gorgeous. The space was clean and tidy at the end of every day. I then had them remove a crumbling fence in the back yard and and put in a beautiful 6 foot fence, That was done in even less time, and again, the same great craftsmanship. I have a couple of more projects to complete and I'll be calling Scott and the gang again, with no hesitation. I'm lucky to have found this great company!"

A good friend of mine told me about Elite Maintenance so I gave them a call and we scheduled a time for them to come out. They showed up on time and were friendly and knowledgeable. They quoted me a great price so I went ahead and had them clean out me gutters and paint the trim on 3 of my outside door frames. They did a fantastic job and had it done promptly.
