"I hired Tim and his crew to replace an old shingle roof, add gable eaves and to install shingle roof with an attic fan. They removed the old roof in one day and left the property cleaner than before they started, which was outstanding! They stayed busy over the next couple of days and completed the work on time and the quality was excellent. I intend to call them again soon when the rest of my remodel is needed. I recommend Pacific Builders."

"The rep that came out asked questions and wanted to see where and what damage the leaky roof created, and of course, inspected the roof. Very professional from the vehicle he was driving to the clothes and hygiene of himself."

"Ron and his team were absolutely fantastic! They were professional, friendly and did a topnotch job installing a new roof and repairing some sections that had damage. They even went so far as to fix some areas that they did not quote. The roof is beautiful, and our yard front and back are cleaner than when they started. I strongly recommend them and would hire them again in a heartbeat! You will not get a better roofing company than Fine Line Roofing!!"

"Contractor was very responsive to come and give me a detailed estimate and tell me exactly what to expect.  They showed me the product info, etc....  When the installers came, they worked hard and efficiently and did a great job.  We are happy with the service,
and windows.  I've already recommended  them to someone else.  They also followed up with me and filled out my energy tax credit paperwork for me.  Thanks, Mark Powers"

FAQs for flat, foam, or single ply roofing installation and replacement projects in Ashland, OR

Many roofing pros point to PVC as the top performer on flat roofs thanks to its tough seams and long-term waterproofing. A properly installed PVC membrane can last 30 years or more, resisting ponding water and harsh weather with ease. You will pay more up front than you would for EPDM, but the added durability often translates into fewer repairs and a lower cost per year of service.

Yes, a rubber roof is an environmentally friendly choice. Most rubber membranes contain recycled content and can reflect heat, which helps trim cooling bills in hot weather. Manufacturing has a lighter footprint than many traditional materials, and the long lifespan means fewer tear-offs headed to the landfill. If sustainability is a priority, ask your roofer about brands that carry third-party eco-certifications and confirm they meet local environmental standards.
