"No shortcuts. Floor looks exactly the way we wanted. Overall a great experience."

"I hired Tim and his crew to replace an old shingle roof, add gable eaves and to install shingle roof with an attic fan. They removed the old roof in one day and left the property cleaner than before they started, which was outstanding! They stayed busy over the next couple of days and completed the work on time and the quality was excellent. I intend to call them again soon when the rest of my remodel is needed. I recommend Pacific Builders."

"Chris and the team were responsive, worked fast and cleaned up afterward. The wood floors are beautiful and all the old carpet was hauled away."

"Tanner was amazing. He got work done quick and it looks fabulous. We have a lot of little kids too and he was so good with them. We are definitely going to use him again."

"Brian was very experienced, professional and fast at installing my hardwood flooring throughout most of my house. He was prompt and a very upbeat person. I would highly recommend him."

"The whole process was pretty smooth.  John discussed with me what was desired and offered suggestions on alternatives for design and material to use.  I wanted to reuse some of the existing material which he was happy to do.  After we agreed to go ahead with the job, John was on schedule for starting the job.  He was accurate with his labor estimate.  He returned material to the supply houses that was not needed.  He and his workman were respectful for our property and left the job site clean.
I will use John again for various odd jobs as needed."

"They are the best They did everything from framing to floors. Very dependible and polite."

"Derek Bates Construction is a professional outfit. This company provides quality work and excellent communication. Derek Bates Construction is easy to work with, and is quick to respond to questions or concerns."

"Replaced my roof.  I have a large roof because I have a one story home with over 2100 square feet (not including the two car garage).  I took advantage of the Big Deal and because of that I was able to get a roof with a little better quality roof with 50 year warranty for the same price as 30 year warranty roofs. I also had them replace three sky lights.   I gave them a "C" for responsiveness because I had to email a couple of times to nail down a date for them to complete.  I'm still waiting for one of my sky lights and I haven't heard from him for a couple of weeks.

|Thank you for the big deal because although I have had a little frustration it is well worth it.  They completed the roof in 2 days and that is saying something during the winter and a large roof.  They cleaned up really well and I have already given them a reference to my Mom which I wouldn't do if I didn't think they were fair and didn't do a good job."
