"This worked out great. Richard followed up on my request right away and set up an appountment for the following day. He said to buy the locks I want (he made some brand recommmendations) and he would work with whatever choices I wanted. When he arrived I actually had additional locks I was hoping to install, along with a keypad lock and he not only had no problem with the change in plans but took the time to explain everything he was doing and why (some damage to the doors required a change of plans). He took his time, listened to my requests and did great work. Overall this was fast, friendly service and I felt his price was very fair. Would 100% use Richard again without hesitation."

"We hired Mr. Scantling and his crew to redo the drywall on a floor to ceiling fireplace and rebuild a half wall previously done by an incompetent contractor and to repair/replace bulging splayed corner seams throughout the house. I was very nervous because we'd had such a bad experience with the previous contractor but Mr. Scantling and his men did excellent work and were very efficient. They finished the whole job in just under two days while being considerate of our schedules (my husband works from home). They didn't mind answering all my questions and were a very congenial crew. But the best part (for me) was that they truly did clean up after the job. This was one of the cleanest home repair/remodeling jobs we've had done in quite a while. "Bob arrived on time, perhaos a bit early and worked nonstop for 5 hours.  He was neat, clean and very professional and courteous.  He had to work on three gates that didn't open and close or latch properly and replace a section of fence a tree had falled on.   I had some of the fence boards but others needed to be cut and puzzled back in.  Its a curved fence too, making it more of a challange to match up.  When he started he had an open space with no fence or back boards at all.  It was a difficult bit of work and he did it with amazing results.  He was very concerned about how it would look and took his time to get things right.  I was very impressed with the outcome and highly recommend him.  All three gates open, close and latch now with no issues and the fence he put in matches perfectly.
