They brough exceptional subcontractors to the project and were open to working with subcontractors that I already wanted to use to save myself money. "Time management was poor at best. Crews running too many jobs at the same time. My bathroom remodel took over 8 months to finish after a 90 day projection. ATTENTION TO DETAIL WAS VERY VERY BAD!!! Flooring was not laid smoothly (tile). Multiple holes cut in new sheet rock to hang light fixtures.. Apparently Troy can't use a tape measure properly. He was the supervisor that got fired. 1 of the workers was smoking weed in my house (we don't smoke anything inside). Neil the owner cannot be trusted to tell you the truth. Very dishonest people, company. BUYER BEWARE!!!!"

"contractor came out to measure and submitted the contract with measurements, privacy glass, and all jucuzzi products. when they came to install we told them that the measurements were wrong cause the shower base was not as big as we discussed, when the doors were put together we told them that wasnt what we discussed either, then the shower head that we ordered was not in the box so they had to get the shower head. we were told when asking questions that we signed the contract and were stuck. we paid 18k for a shower that isnt the size we asked for, nor the right doors, and we have an AMERICAN STANDARD shower head instead of all jacuzzi. customer service is at about a 10%."

There was no high-pressure sales tactics, no one year, one month, and today's pricing. Everything was explained up front. Our project manager was great, keeping us informed at every step. The installation team was clean and excellent asking us any questions we had concerning grab rail placement. The bath was transformed into a much more friendly environment with a fiberglass tub enclosure replaced with a beautiful and functional walk-in shower. I highly recommend Quality Remodeling for the quality of their work and customer service. They provide great value for the money."
