I still haven't heard from them and that was 2 weeks ago. <br /> Just from what my son told me it seems that this other company wanted to sell me something I really didn't need at this time nor could afford. Always good to get a second estimate. I feel the office personal and the sewer tech were very professional and I will use them again in the spring. <br />"

The other contractors damaged the shut off valves and hose connections, so there were multiple leaks happening, which we discovered about 12 hours after the other contractor completed work. Mr. Rooter was available to come on a Saturday with practically no notice - Scott B. arrived only 3 or 4 hours after we called on Saturday morning. We were very pleased to have the service completed right away. Scott replaced the shut off valves and hoses for both hot and cold lines to our washing machine. He tested everything out to make sure that nothing was leaking after he was done and even though he had to leave to get the necessary parts to complete the work, he finished within a very reasonable amount of time. Everything works perfectly and he was friendly and easy to work with. Our only complaint is that the service was pretty expensive."
