They took care of our issue then, so when I noticed our sump pump drain was apparently clogged somewhere between the rear of my house and the street I knew who to call. I spoke to Taylor, explained the problem, and he said, "No problem, I'll be out to fix it." I was out of town at the time, and later that day when asking for an update from my wife she simply said, "They came out, and they fixed it." Thankfully I didn't have to rip-out my planting beds, or my front lawn, to diagnose and fix the issue. Considering what the cost and time would be for that, Well's saved me big time! Thanks again guys!!! I've already recommended you to others in my area.

"The technician was very capable and had everything working again in about 40 minutes. He was very thorough and showed me how the drains were configured which caused undue stress on the joints between the various drain pipes (sink, disposal, dishwasher). He reconfigured everything, put new seals on made sure all of the lines were free of any items that could potentially cause a blockage, especially the dishwasher drain that he vacuumed out. Over all I am very satisfied with the quality of service and professionalism."

The plumber arrived and was about to disassemble the drainpipe when we tried the switch one last time—and it worked to clear the clog. "This company is wonderful. They provided a complimentary service visit to see if our drain pipe was working properly. We noticed some water collecting near the pipe after a heavy rain. Lamar was kind, prompt & honest. He flushed our drain with our garden hose and it turned out the blockage was excess leaves. He suggested their service that has a camera attached to see how the pipe looked (overall) and to see if there was any more blockage. But considering our garden hose was able to remove the blockage we have opted to wait and he agreed that was a safe bet. We appreciate honesty & integrity."

"Proposal was not clear. I had to review the scope of the job several times with Craig. Unfortunately, after the first day, I was told there would be additional charges for work he had performed that day. We negotiated to A mutually agreed compromise. Due to illness, there were several starts and stops along the way. Finally finished a few days later than expected. I was left with a big cleanup job in the basement. They swept, but not thoroughly and didn't cover a thing as they had promised. I would use them again but would be very clear on what I expected as a result and pricing"

"I thought I only had a clogged sink ( lesson learned: never put put sauerkraut in a garbage disposal.) The plumber Holden cleaned it, but there was another clog still. Holden detected there was a issue behind the wall. He requested another plumber with more years on the job (Chase) to confirm before I ran into expenses. Chase came out did a thorough review, then walked me through what he thought was going on - that there was decay and likely heavy rusting behind the wall. These pictures show you some of what he ended up finding. Long story short the pipes behind the wall were in bad shape. Thank God for their help otherwise this would have created even bigger problems when they started to leak. Honestly I didn't want /expect to spend money in December on plumbing (no offense to Apex), but major flooding would have cost so much more in the end. I highly recommend them."
