"I needed chimney repair work done and contacted Cerrato Remodeling through Angi’s after receiving an estimate from a larger masonry company that I felt was way out of line for the work that needed to be done. Felt like I could have built a new chimney for the price. I called Cerrato, spoke with Irma and they came out that evening to look at the chimney. I received the proposal the next morning. Irma and Valentin were very professional and extremely nice. I expressed the need to get the repair done quickly, because I was getting my house ready to put on the market. We came to an agreement on the work to be done and the price - which was very reasonable, signed the contract and the work was completed within 24 hours. Valentin even did some additional repair work that wasn’t obvious until he got started and didn’t charge me. I couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend Cerrato. I plan to use them for additional work. "

"Dither painting did my exterior trim, shutters, and front and patio door. They did an excellent job and the shutters look brand new. In my dining room the walls were in bad shape after wallpaper and chair rail removal. It looks so good. You cannot tell there was any defects there at all. I got an estimate beforehand and a time frame for painting. Dither came on time and were and cleaned up the area thoroughly.This company truly cares about the quality of work they do and customer satisfaction. They are not only painters, they are masters of their craft. They will be back in late summer to do two more areas in my home."

"Hired 5 Star Painting to apply solid stain to exterior wood trim on 2300 square foot vinyl sided two story house. Had house power washed one month prior to hire, so contractor specified application of two coats of stain on exterior wood trim with no power wash. Over a month later painters arrived and immediately power washed the exterior wood trim. Little over an hour later painters began applying stain to wet wood, even though minimum time lapse between power wash and paint is 24hours. In about five hours, the painters finished staining the wood trim with the contract specified two coats, though minimum stain drying time between coats is two hours. Next day inspection of stain application showed a light surface covering with little to no stain absorption into the wood. No doubt applying stain to wet wood is easier, faster, and uses less stain. Requested company apply one good coat of stain to dry wood, but company refused, stating work done satisfied contract. Company rated”POOR” and do not recommend. Caveat emptor"

"I had CertaPro give me an estimate to paint six exterior shutters, along with my front door. The sales person seemed very professional and knowledgeable. One the painting crew arrived on 04/01/2019 (April Fool's Day), work was completed. I looked at the website the sales person provided me, reading the information on the recommended paint again. I noticed the paint can label online was a different color than the one the painters used on my home. The paint the painting crew used on my exterior of my home was INTERIOR paint!! I have no words to express my thoughts on that. The crew repainted my shutters and front door with the correct exterior paint. Once the crew left, I inspected the paint job a bit more. To my disappointment, the one painter just slopped black paint all over my white trim around the shutters on the second floor. I had to climb onto the porch roof, use cleaner and a magic eraser to clean the trim surrounding my shutters. Again, the sales crew was professional and knowledgeable. Unfortunately,they don't have painting staff that exhibits an attention to detail. They used interior paint on the exterior of my home and did a sloppy job. AVOID frustration and AVOID this company!!"
