"The Job: Everything is gorgeous! They worked on our porch that is enclosed with several sliding doors. The removed and cleaned the screens, cleaned the tracks, and of course the glass. They got on the roof and cleaned the skylights. Used a leaf blower to clear off the helicopters, too. One of my screens has an issue and they made sure to point it out to me. People: the owner and his crew were very nice! The owner called me right after I messaged him through Angie’s List. I was scheduled for a week out. They wore masks while they talked to me. I plan to hire them next year when I need the job done again."

"We had Rays Cleaning come in to clean our home after some construction due to our home being hit by a car. We can not say enough about the job that was done! This was one thing that truly brought us peace after such a hectic and stressful 5 months out of our home. Ray was very professional, helpful, punctual, and you could tell wanted to help us out and make our moving back process much less stressful. His crews came in two different days and cleaned/washed walls, fans, floors anything that had layers of dust on them from the construction that was done. They not only cleaned the rooms on the main floor, but cleaned the basement as well as the garage. "Scott personally visited to view and give estimate. At a later date a crew of three men pressure washed the deck. Debris and chips flew everywhere, but they had covered the plants to protect them, and when they were done they hosed off the siding. They even helped move some of the heavier items off the deck before starting. They were careful and professional. The date for staining had to be rescheduled a couple of times due to rainy weather and work schedules. A crew of four arrived and in one afternoon, did some additional sanding and wood prep, filled in a couple of small holes (at no extra charge), helped move the furniture, and applied two coats of stain. They were friendly and answered our questions. Obviously they were experienced because they worked well together. Two things come to mind with this job. First, on the day of staining, they used an electronic moisture meter to verify that the wood was sufficiently dry to apply the coatings. Second, where the deck rails meet the house at two locations, there was not a single drop or smear of stain on the vinyl siding. Very impressive! When they were gone, there was no sign they had been there, except for a clean, fresh, new-looking deck."

"Window washing feels like a luxury. In our case, it was not because when we moved into our house it was apparent that the windows had not been washing in decades. You could not even see out to the street--that's how dirty they were. It was a big job. Terry Hamilton and his company came highly recommended by close friends and we saw what a good job on their house. Our friends were also impressed by how clean and neat Terry and his crew were in their work--they literally left no drips anywhere and were careful not get any wood floors or carpets dirty. They were highly professional, broke nothing, put everything back where it belonged, and got our windows sparkling. Although it was more than we wanted to pay, I can't blame them because our windows were very difficult to clean due to decades of neglect and the leaded-glass factor. I thought we got our money's worth. I highly recommend this company. Terry is very aggressively entrepreneurial and wants to have highly satisfied customers who refer him work by word of mouth. He wants to work to be perfect and takes pride in his work and reputation. He seems to be very honest and straightforward in what the work will require and doesn't cut corners. This attitude is refreshing. You should get a bid from this company and also recognize that sometimes you get what you pay for. FYI, they also do excellent gutter cleaning and pressure washing."
