I received a call back within a reasonable amount of time and was scheduled for an estimate the very next day. The gentleman who arrived was very punctual and pleasant to speak to. "Danny, the owner, and his good friend and co-worker Dominic did a fabulous job on our complete remodel of our kitchen. They always arrived on time and were really pleasant to have in my house every day. The quality of both the workmanship and the supplies/materials that they used is superb. Danny is not one to cut corners. Just the opposite, he spends extra time and care to make sure that everything is just right but he doesn't charge an arm and a leg to do it the right way. Not only was his price lower than the bids from other larger contractors with fancy show rooms, but I am certain that the care and time he took surpassed what we would have gotten from random groups of workers. Danny designed our new layout and gave us plenty of options for materials to choose from. He made sure we had roll-out shelves for our pantry, a pull-out garbage cabinet, pull-out spice rack, and pull-out sheet pan cabinet. He then built custom cabinet bases so that we could extend our cabinet line across the baseboard heating. He also created our half-wall with a beautiful hand-made hickory post and top to match our cabinets. Danny is also an excellent plumber and even fixed a pipe that broke (unrelated to our kitchen) while he was there for us, just because his knew how and he is a good person. Besides assisting Danny with remodel, Dominic is also a master electrician and ran all of our new electric work, making sure it was done properly and to code. Absolute Kitchens and Baths has won our loyalty and we have already contracted them for a second project and will continue to give them our business as future projects need doing."

"From the first phone call they were very accommodating, courtesy and professional. They offered additional boxes and packing materials for a reasonable price. They dropped them off at my house several days early and said I would only be charged for what I used. I didn't use any of them and they did not charge me. They were running a little behind schedule but they called and told me they were so it was fine. I needed the extra time anyway. When ohthey showed up they worked hard and fast. They were very careful with what they were carrying and didn't do any damage to the walls or doors when working. The same happened when they arrived at the destination. They did not charge me drive time from their office either. I can't say enough good things about all the people I worked with or spoke to in this company. I've only seen seen customer service this good with Zappos or Disney World. I highly recommend them! A+++

Jim painted my living room, dining room, kitchen, foyer, hall and basement stairwell.  Jim first of all resurfaced an old ugly living room ceiling with a beautiful light stipple and made it blend right into the existing hallway design.  Jim then painted all of the rooms and assisted me with selecting colors that would offset each other.  Next Jim repainted my kitchen cabinets from the plain blah white that I had them to a very nice dark tan shade that offset the wall color.  Jim installed new countertops and did an awesome job at that where you can not even tell there is a seam.  Jim went above and beyond what the contract called for and even did the plumbing to install the new kitchen sink and installed the new dishwasher.  Many of the small odd n end jobs that go with the kind of work we had done were supposed to be done by my husband but Jim just jumped right in and did them.  Once the finishing touches of new woodwork were added on, I had a brand new space.  My grandson was here the first day of the work and each day he asked his mom to come back so he could "help" Jimmy.  Without any hesitation at all Jim made my grandson feel very important and like he was "really" helping and that is all my grandson still talks about is how he help Jimmy.  Jim was very friendly and each day that he was there, he totally prepped the area so no sanding dust or paint would effect other areas, by taping off the other rooms.  Jim was extremely thorough in his clean up and took all the trash with him to dispose of.
