I had my basement waterproofed and Alex, Augie, Damon, Ty were wonderful and very accommodating to my needs. My basement is my place of business. It is now dry with the help of my new sump pump, and my Sedona keeps my humidity in check. I also had my bowing wall anchored. It was a source of anxiety to my home and business. Jonathan H and Kevin came in and anchored the wall and put covers over the anchors. They did a super job, the wall looks great, and we feel safe! All "my" men were wonderful! They were efficient, thoughtful, helpful, kind and considerate of me and my business. I would recommend them and the company to my family and friends."

"VSI is a professional and reliable company. They have helped me out on a couple of occasions in relation to our sump pump and each time I have found them to be knowledgeable, experienced, respectful and trustworthy. The most recent visit was to install a combination primary and battery backup sump pump. They carry the Pro Series PHCC line which is a premium brand with excellent pumping capabilities. The primary pump has a powerful pumping capacity of 3000 GPH at 10ft lift and the battery backup has an equally impressive 2400 GPH at 10ft lift - which is more powerful than many of the primary pumps on the market! I now have complete piece of mind knowing that, not only do I have a more powerful primary pump, I also have a battery backup pump which will activate during power outages or if the primary pump fails or cannot keep up with the volume of water entering the sump pit. Another advantage to this system is that it is much quieter that I hardly hear the sump pump cycle now. So, a big thank you to Anton and David for their knowledge and expertise and for being so patient in answering my many questions about this system and a big thank you to Paul for skillfully installing it. "when tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great"

"Kyle came over and walked around, reviewing the issues and explaining options to getting the water out of the basement. His recommendation was to install a sump pump, and set up a system to pump the water out of the house. He mentioned installing additional drainage options around the window well of the leaky window. I asked about the wall in the garage that was creating the majority of the problem--how would they repair it. He mentioned a few options and stated that he needed to discuss the situation with his team and would get back to me. Took photos and measurements. Was here about an hour documenting all the issues. <br /> A week later Kyle came back with recommendations from the team. There was no mention of repairing the damaged foundation wall. I used another company that rebuilt the wall with cinder blocks and concrete, and sealed up the leaky window. No leaks. No need for a sump pump system. <br /> If you need a sump pump system, I think this company would do an excellent job. Very detail oriented. <br />"

"In 2017, the water table under our house increased. Our finished basement flooded. I contacted several places, most were unresponsive or had a big sales pitches but couldn't get to it for months. Then Absolutely Dry Basement and Waterproofing called back. They told me what needed to be done and I said go. They put in new drain tile throughout the basement and a sump pump. The price was reasonable. I waited for big rains before posting this review. We had several this year and my basement is absolutely dry. Outstanding company."
