"Absolutely fantastic!  Home Matters Remodel is most exceptional.  They are a very professional and serious company (most definitely not cowboys! Yay!), caring and interested.  The contractor  took the time to explain issues that could arise, particularly with respect to replacing aluminum siding over asbestos, and worked out estimates to include worst case scenarios ? both of which none of the other companies that I have used over the past few years even came close to doing.  They even very kindly set up my rain barrel for me ? a last minute request; it has already been put to the test and is working very well indeed.
IAfter they were gone, I couldn't a single thing left behind, except for the excellent work they did.  
The labor and time everyone at Home Matters Remodel invested was well worth every penny I spent!
Should I need any further work done to the exterior of my home, they will be the first company I contact.

"Central Roofing is an outstanding company. We had a very positive experience with it from the time we first contacted the company through completion of our job (we are return customers). In early March, a wind storm damaged the siding on our home, peeling off several panels and twisting others. My husband left a message with Central Roofing late on a Saturday after the storm and we received a call back from the owner on Sunday morning. The owner had a salesman contact us later that Sunday and he scheduled an appointment to come out to our home and assess the situation. The salesman was very helpful in working with us to get needed information to our insurance company and was willing to talk with our adjuster. We believe these actions demonstrate Central Roofing's commitment to excellent customer service. We were also extremely pleased with the final results. Central Roofing did a wonderful job removing the old aluminum siding from our house and then re-siding our entire house with new vinyl siding. Central Roofing also wrapped all of our wood trim around the top of our house so that we no longer have to have it painted every couple of years. We also had Central Roofing replace two kitchen windows. The workers were prompt, professional, and very courteous. They also worked long days and weekends to ensure the project was completed within the promised timeframe. When we started having some "nail pops" on the interior of our home from the work being done outside, my husband discussed it with the foreman and the workers modified the way they were installing the new siding to minimize the amount of "nail pops" on the inside of our home. After the work was completed, the salesman came back out to our home to look over the work and ensure we were happy with the final results. Overall, we had no complaints and will continue to use Central Roofing for any future roofing, siding, & window needs. In the past, we had Central Roofing replace a roof, install new gutters, and replace many windows. They are one of the best companies we have ever worked with and we highly recommend them."

"Rather than talking me into an entire new roof, which I was prepared to do if necessary, they recommended just replacing a few shingles for a very reasonable cost! The only reason I didn't hire them was that another company (who also just recommended replacing a few shingles) also mentioned that some of the gaskets around pipes were cracked and suggested replacing them also. They showed photos, which clearly showed that they needed replacing (at least from a layman's viewpoint), so I went with them. W E Griffin was quick and efficient with their estimate, and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again."

"We appreciate the thorough inspection that Zachary and Andrew conducted, including inspection of the attic. From the many photos they took of the roof, we can see that they did several maintenance repairs, including caulking, re-nailing, etc. They discussed with us the condition of our roof, explained what they found and the maintenance/repairs they had performed. They also discussed with us new roof options when it is time to replace the roof. "We used Mike Bennett of Springfield Roofing because we trust him. He's been their in the past when we needed him and we wouldn't go anywhere else because of him. He's fair, responsive, and a straight shooter that will work with you. Replacing a roof isn't cheap, so when we saved up the money we called him and he worked within our budget and time frame. His team showed up on time and just went to work. They were very diligent throughout, including their clean up effort - which was spotless. Beyond the work of the team putting on the roof - Springfield sends their own in house inspector to double check the work afterwards, someone completely separate from the first team just to make sure everything is done, and done right. Gives us a lot of confidence that we made the right hire. And although we know we won't have any roof needs in the near term, we will always have Mike Bennett on speed dial. "Presidential Exteriors is a great company to do a roof replacement with! We had our roof replaced in early February 2021 and we couldn’t be happier. The whole team was amazing to work with. Nate worked closely with us every step of the way to make sure we were happy and getting the best product and prices possible. He really made us feel like family. Elena was great at communicating every step of the process. The day of installation team was amazing. They dropped off the equipment one day before the project even though it had snowed the night before. The morning they came to do the roof, we still had ice on the roof, but instead of delaying the project, they scraped all of the ice off our roof and still got the whole roof done in one day! "We had some floorboards buckle in our basement due to an unknown source of water. Jeff Dahlgren was fantastic and very helpful in helping us figure out the problem and his repairs were great (after having to dig up concrete and cap off a mysterious open pipe that came out of nowhere). He also did some other things (repairing drywall, installing new fixture and faucet), was on time, professional, clean, and friendly. It's really hard to work in a home wearing a mask and keeping things clean and tidy during pandemic, minimizing disturbance for kids in virtual school, and we really appreciate that."

"Power is worth every penny. From the very beginning to the very end, they were clearly a high-end company. Every person I interacted with was extremely knowledgeable and professional every step of the way. Evan, the sales rep, was SUPER thorough in his evaluation of our roof and helped me understand what we needed to do and why. Karl did our pre-installation inspection, spending hours measuring and inspecting every inch of my roof to make sure the day-of install crew would be prepared with what they needed. And the install went so incredibly smooth. I’m still amazed at how much work they were able to get done in a single day and how perfect the work looked during and after installation. This crew was SO good and I’m so happy with the results of their efforts. Brian, the QA rep, stayed on site most of the install day and walked me through what the crew was doing and why it was important. He also, naturally, pointed out some other work that Power could do to help bring my new home to another level. And I can’t wait to dive back in with Power. They’re not cheap, but the craftsmanship and professionalism make the extra cost worth it. I’ll be hiring them again for my windows and trim and I can’t wait to get started."

"I had a very great experience from Daniel my sales rep all the way through the to the team that scheduled the install. The crew knocked my roof out all in a days work and my.project manager Omar kept me in the loop and showed me photos of the progress and they were very thorough, they replaced my rotted wood and even though I had to pay for some additional wood it was honest and necessary and I'm glad I sent the extra money to get this all done correctly. They don't cut corners and you get what you pay for with this company."
