"Well, I knew it was time for a new roof. Based on its age and just looking at it, I knew it. I had put off this decision for quite a while now, but yes, now was the time to finally invest in a new roof. Would I rather spend the money on a Hawaiian vacation or perhaps a new Zero Turn Lawnmower yard toy? Maybe, but if I am thinking clearly and correctly, not really! I knew a great roof replacement would add great protection not only for the home, but for me and my loved ones. It provides peace of mind, dynamic curb appeal, and one less big worry. When looking for a new roof, I’m sure like a lot of you have or are doing, I checked around a bit and chatted with a couple of neighbors, family, and friends. I just wasn’t satisfied with the cousin’s son-in-law’s brother’s friend who can do it over a number of weekends mentality. I also wasn’t interested in some of their decision-making like those who would choose bargain basement, lowest cost options, or on the other hand that I felt had been way overcharged. I decided to conduct some online searches of my own. I found BHI online through one of those searches. I must say that I was quite impressed by what I initially read and saw about the company, their Awards & Accreditations, their Charity, and strong sense of Community, as well as their Go Green commitment. They also have an “Operation Payback” Awards program that provides a free new roof to an American Veteran every year. That was amazing, and along with their many exemplary reviews, I had to check them out further and made a call. Jim DelPrete, President came out to visit with me in short order and assessed my particular and specific roofing needs and presented all the relevant options and recommendations and some needed do’s and don’ts. After speaking with him, I was confident about their services and capabilities, the materials, and the process, steps and timeline for the job. I also felt that the project cost was very competitive, reasonable, and fair. From contract to materials delivery to house prep and to the completed roof and cleanup, the project went along quite smoothly. I am very pleased with my new roof. I really am and I would like to publicly thank Jim, Elias, Sean, Samantha, and the whole crew. "My wife and I were interested in receiving a quote for window sill & trim replacement, as well as a separate quote for a full house paint. Our timeline might be exceptional, but here it goes; We reached out to US ProPaint & Renovation on Thursday 7/14 Jr visited us promptly on Friday July 15th We had the quote via email later that same day Painting Crew was power washing and prepping by 7/20 Carpentry work occurred over two days in high heat and the crew was indefatigable Painting Crew finished up the whole job 7/28 Marcos came by 8/2 for a job walkthrough and made sure a couple of minor touch up issues were addressed promptly. Lastly, and very importantly, the crew was patient with us when we were dissatisfied with our initial color choice after the first coat of paint. They waited while we ran to Benjamin Moore to pick an appropriate color, then they promptly purchased the replacement color and applied the color we loved for the second coat. They also took care of little details like the wrought iron railings and old vinyl windows that desperately needed a refresh. Cannot recommend their carpentry or paint crew highly enough. Pro Tip! When choosing your three color samples to contrast at home on the structure, and after you find the one you like best (different times of day / sunlight.) Go back and pick two to three more color samples in that same palette and do the same thing to make sure you have landed on the right one. "From the quote through installation, working with Clear Choice was a great experience. Chad, the salesperson, explained our options and gave us a great price. I'm especially concerned with sustainability and wanted not only a product and installation that would last, but Clear Choice also stood out because they recycle the old shingles. Our project manager was Casey. The day before, he discussed ventilation options with us. I originally wanted to replace the box vents with a ridge vent and the end gable vents with eave vents, to maximize the roof space available for future solar panel installation. However, after extensive conversation about the pros and cons and what Mass Save weatherization work (insulation, air sealing, and the ventilation) had been done in the attic, we decided to stick with the existing setup, as there had been no problems with it thus far. During the installation, the crew of 5 plus Casey arrived punctually at 7:30AM, and the crew expertly set up tarps and removed the existing shingles in about 90 minutes. The new shingles were installed, and cleanup was complete by 4PM. The house looks great, but Casey left his card with instructions to call his cell phone anytime if we found debris that had been missed, or for any other questions/concerns. Everyone we dealt with was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. I highly recommend Clear Choice Home Improvement!"

"Oh, boy--Erick (and Tom, his guy) have done work for me on my 100-yr. old home, for over a decade! First job -- Erick alone--built a gorgeous deck...neighbors couldn't stay away. ...still getting compliments. Last two big jobs-- redid garage and installed electric doors, and custom tiled a bath everyone else wanted to "demo". . In-between took care of several other problems as they came up. He repaired rot. He waterproofed and weatherproof the entire home, then re-shingles using high-quality materials to ensure my home would be waterproof endurable. He replaced my front porch, found more areas of rot and opened up the front and made my home look amazing. He discussed every step with me and planned with me the entire time.
