"Made an appointment to go over my laundry list of electrical work.  John was very, very good at explaining why not or yes that can be done.  He told me about all the options available.  What would be the best buy for the money.  He was so thorough and did not rush me.  Due to budget, I choose the two above projects.  For installation of dedicated line - the line ran from the back of the property to the front of the house where the electrical box was located.  Had to go under a sidewalk and up into the attic with a very low roof from the back of the house to the front.  Soil, rocks, bedding and part of a flagstone pathway also had to be removed.   All was put back together except for the flagstones at my request.  The plants did not even look like someone had been working in their midst.  For the kitchen - over and under lighting of the cabinets. The puck lights that were previously installed were a fire hazard plus the wiring used was not up to code.  A snakes nest of wiring had to be removed from the top of the cabinets.  Also a cabinet had to be removed in order to properly install the lights.  These lights are perfect and you can not see them.  They are small, hidden and dimmable.  John recommended these lights and I was given a choice of warm or very bright LEDs.  Everything was put back to order.  The electricians who did the work were professional and a pleasure to work with.  These jobs took approximately 8 hours to complete.  In the future, this company will be called on to complete my laundry list.  They were about an hour late and that is why I gave them a B rating on punctuality. <br />"

"Andy and A&R landscaping did a back yard remodel project for us. When we met for the first time, he made sure to listen to our needs and how we wanted to use the space. He made note of our budget, but was sure to tell us that his goal was to create a vision for the space and then we would work together to meet the budget. Sure enough, he came back with a great vision… a truly revolutionary idea for the space. Yes, it was over our budget, but as he promised, he showed us the possibility and was fully committed to working with us to do what we could do within our budget. We met in a good place and signed the contract. His primary team of workers have all been with him for a long time, it is truly a family type of business. He does use contractors for special needs (electric, etc), but all of those contractors have been with him a long time as well. Each of his team was simply great. They were kind, considerate, addressed our every concern and made simple adjustments on the fly as we looked at the progress. They cleaned the area every day… while it was obviously under construction, they left everything outside the fence incredibly clean and tidy. Even my neighbors noted how pleasant and courteous the team was. Since the original installation, we have had a few problems with faulty irrigation parts. Andy and his team have been quick to respond and fixed to our satisfaction. The end result was a transformed back yard living area. We did not do everything in the vision that Andy provided, but we got the majority of it and always have the infrastructure to do more. We will definitely use A&R for our pending front yard remodel. Simply stated… Andy thrives on creating great living spaces and beautiful landscaping, he understands how to work within the customers means, and his team goes above and beyond to deliver in the way you would want someone working on your home. I cannot give a higher recommendation for A&R Landscaping."

Navin was extremely helpful when selecting my lighting. For example, he took my calls on a Saturday when I had questions about the right ceiling fans and switch controls. Navin went the extra mile to make sure that my job was completed correctly and in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Navin and his crew for your lighting and electrical needs. As a matter of fact, I will be calling him in the near future to install under-mount LED lights in my kitchen, and outdoor landscape lighting in my yard."

"Initial plan with pictures was approved and a 50% deposit was made. Crew showed up and seemed very hardworking. The irrigation was busted when some shrubs were installed. My inquiry to Jerry the crew chief, was to make sure that all irrigation was checked, and he assured me his irrigation guy had taken care of it. The same irrigation guy also did the walk way. You do not want this guy anywhere near your landscaping or walk way. My wife stated that the system was never checked. Upon finalizing the project, my wife noted that some plants were not in certain beds. Jerry said it was an oversight and took off over $200.00. I never checked the irrigation and two days later I found three zones didn't work. I called the Irrigation guy ( had his card because he was soliciting business) and he never returned my call. Jerry came out and fixed one zone, but would need to bring out another guy in a few days. So, with some of my new expensive landscaping not getting water, I called a great company who came out and fixed the other zones the next day, which had been damaged due to their work. Joe June, the owner, stated and in an email that he would reimburse my $300.00. After two weeks, I never received it after getting another response from him. To date no check. The extended walkway is uneven and causes a drainage problem which I have to address as another expense. Jerry was coming back out, but is still a no show. If you hire this company, make sure you check everything, because when their gone their gone and Joe June evidently doesn't care about doing the right thing. <br />"

"called me and arrived before scheduled appt.. worked out great for me . replaced two sprinklers and checked that all the sprinklers and put the correct time on the controller...He also checked that each sprinkler were providing adequate coverage to the areas they were suppose to..I have used this company for about 15 years .will definitely call him again .."
