"My primary electrical issue I wanted fixed was an outdoor outlet that had stopped working. The electrician spent 1 hour and 40 minutes trying to locate the problem, but was unable to find the cause of the problem or fix it. No other solution was offered to the problem. So I paid $99, but still have the same electrical issue I started with and will need to hire someone else to fix. Since I am not sure the extent of the issue or whether or not this particular electrician truly knew what he was doing or not, I give a rating as fair as opposed to bad or lousy."

"The problem ended up being fairly simple.  The previous owners of the house built structure around the GFI outlet for the circuits that were out, effectively hiding it.  The electrician was able to locate it and reset it.
While this was a simple fix, I am very impressed with his professionalism.  I purchased a deal for 2 hours of service because this was for my rental property that I do not live near.  Despite driving nearly an hour for the provider to get to the property for a 15 minute fix, he still went out of his way to try and find other work he could do to fill what was paid for.
He was very communicative and I would recommend him to anyone.
