"I can only say great things about JA Drywall. We had quite a complicated chimney repair. From the beginning of the process, this company stood out from all the others. Most companies did not return my calls. One did respond but never showed up to start work. The JA Drywall owner came to our initial appointment on time, evaluated the job and gave us a reasonable and fair estimate. The work crew then came on time and worked really hard for two days to repair the chimney. At each stage they kept us informed of progress. They did a wonderful job, kept the site clean and tidied up once job completed. On top of their excellent work, they are a team of friendly and courteous workers, who also took care of a few other things that needed attention. "Great job overall. Had the entire house power washed and painted - aluminum siding and brick. The whole process took a few days but is necessary to do the job right. After power washing, they went over the whole house filling cracks with silicone, covered the windows, pulled back mulch and protected bushes from overspray. The applied two coats with a high quality paint and did a great job cleaning up. Highly recommend!"

"Initial person was too chatty, too much information, overwhelming. Later more succinct. Workers who did test & insulation (blower door test to reveal air leaks). Workmen were sufficient and polite. Two years later discovered they had caulked Marvin windows which should NOT be caulked in order to wash them w/ moveable parts. It cost me $175 to have them repaired or caulking removed. This was done & I submitted a bill 11/13/14 and have not been reimbursed yet. Have called 2x's to remind, last time man said he thought it was done and he would see about it. That was 3 weeks ago the last time and 7 weeks from the first reminder. It is now 2/24/15."

Mike, not only agreed to do the project but he gave us a reasonable price. He offered his professional opinion on areas of concern and actively listened to our wants. He did what we requested even if it made the project harder for him. He was reliable and even showed up to work in 20-degree weather and pouring rain. The project did not go as quickly as he had planned due to supply chain issues but it still was finished in a reasonable amount of time. I am very pleased with the completed project. Repairs were: new roof on garage and shed attached to greenhouse, new shelving inside, new plexiglass and wood frame for greenhouse with custom ventilation, upgraded electric, and plumbing, new doors including custom garage door, cinder block wall repair, removal of old heater.
