"My water heater stopped working and I couldn't stop my toilet from running. Not a promising day ahead. I called Done Right Today in the morning and by 11:30 AM I had a new water heater and a repaired toilet. "The Delaware Plumbing Professionals (DPP) that installed my products were Ryan and Anthony. I was very happy with the products and services provided to me. Here are things I want to express in no particular order. 1. Ryan/Anthony were on time. 2. They answered all of my questions. 3. I feel good knowing that my water hardness has decreased and the amount of chlorine in my water is less. (Artesian adds a lot of chlorine.) 4. I now get suds when I shampoo my hair. 5. My water tastes better. 6. I don't get orange rings in my toilet. 7. Ryan/Anthony are nice guys and a pleasure to talk to. 8. I was not pressured into buying anything. 9. I am definitely going to call DPP the next time I have a plumbing issue/need. 10. I will recommend DPP to my friends and family. Thank you, Alfred (Chad) Alspach"

"They were summoned by my Home Warranty Company. The 75 fee is my required co-pay from the warranty co. My hot water heater is 15+ years old. They welded a pipe on the bottom of the leaking heater. Work was done right, it stopped leaking. 2 weeks later they were back for another leak, the relief valve. The hot water needs to be replaced but my warranty co wants it repaired if that is possible, so that's not Clear Water's fault. After the 2nd repair, we probably could have had it authorized for replacement but the "items not covered clause (again not the fault of Clear Water, set by warranty co) would have cost 400 - 500 dollars. The heater is gas powered and we would like to convert it to electric. We have an estimate of 895 for the whole job, and the type of heater we want. I think there charges for the extra items are high. There work and professionalism and punctuality were good but I can get that elsewhere for less.
