"The technician was very personable and professional. He did exactly what I needed and also recommended servicing my tankless water heater that had never been serviced. Great service!"

"Bo is the consummate professional. I called him for a second opinion. He offered to give me one knowing I would probably use someone else. He came to my home, looked at the problem and said, “I can fix this right now if you’d like.” I told him to go ahead. Rather than spending $3800 for a new tankless water heater, Bo fixed the problem for less than $400. He’s my plumber for life!!! Next time you need a plumber, call Bo and see what I mean."

"The problem: Water heater not making hot water. The plumber installed gas control valve, thermal expansion tank, and installed a new valve for a hose bib. $175 in parts, the rest of the $1,076.00 invoice was labor. The work was done well; the plumber was courteous and explained his work. The owner called after the work was completed. He cares about his reputation and about his customers being satisfied with their service."

"Alan and Daniel replaced my ductwork this summer. Excellent quality of service and super friendly people. Very responsive and takes care of their customers. On 12/23 our heat started blowing cold air. I couldn't get an appointment with anyone and it was 52 degrees in our house with a newborn baby. Thankfully I still had Daniels number and he was kind enough to get someone out within the next two hours. Alan diagnosed the issue quickly and worked hard in the sub-20 degree weather for several hours until it was fixed. Around 10 o'clock that night, Daniel texted me to make sure we had heat before he went to bed. Fantastic company and truly incredible customer service. Won't use anyone else."

"Andrew and Josh did a superb job and knew well how to explain what they needed to do and not give up . They were real gentlemen and truly very patient with the customer. They were very knowledgeable."

"These men did a great job with repairing my water line. They were very fast and efficient and got the job done. They were also very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had. I would highly recommend Brasher Plumbing!"

"My situation was immediately resolved and they cleaned up and took away my old water heater. I was very pleased."
