The installation took a little longer than expected due to use of an inexperienced helper, but eventually it appeared to be a quality installation. They met my requests for minor modifications/enhancements to allow easier maintenance. Workers wore masks at all times, used drop cloths along walking paths and shoe covers, so the job was kept clean. Took time to explain system, installation and maintenance points. Were honest about risk of condensate pipe freeze-up and potential remedies, and "orphaned" water heater. Overall, quite satisfied with the equipment and installation. Awaiting finalization of punch list paperwork items."

At his wife's request he installed a dedicated water heater for the master bath... (Big soaking bubbler tub). Thus,twice as much water and twice as much electric usage. I had been looking to replace and consolidate to one heater. when the leak was discovered I went to Angie's list realizing this was more then a regular Box Store install. I put my info in the system and within 5 minutes Bill called and wa at the house that afternoon. He gave me a price and he was at my door Friday morning on time . He was neat efficient and did what he said he would. He removed both heaters replumbed and installed the new one. He recommended and I agreed to add a leak detecting sensor. All good. However, Friday evening NO hot water. I sent him a text at 8:00 and after some text message trouble shooting he would have to come out on saturday. He did arrive on time, he was pleasant and very apologetic. Within 30 minutes he was done and explaining what happened. he then asked me to let him know when the water got hot just to be sure. I will be using him for a couple other projects."

"I had an issue with my stream boiler last Saturday. Did a google search and called multiple companies except Lighthouse (also part of Premier HVAC) picked up the phone right away and the tech Slava (unsure if I spelled his name correctly) showed up an hour after my call. He was very knowledgeable. He first did a thorough inspection on my streamer boiler (I thought mine was called furnace but he corrected me and luckily Lighthouse also repair stream boiler), then giving options (replace the water feeder and side glass or the whole stream boiler since mine was already past 30years and it may not last long). Due to budget issue, after discussed with my family, we chose for now just changed the parts. Slava has no problem with that and I got lucky that he was about to arrange time to have the work done the same day. Slava is also very patient and professional. As he learned that I am new to streamer boiler, while he was doing his work, at the same time, he was giving “a lecture “ in terms of names, functions of each parts and the concept of how the stream boiler works and how to maintain it properly. I gotta be honest that I don’t recall all the he mentioned but at least now I have a concept. In terms of the price, I can’t say that it’s cheap but you pay for the quality of service that you get. Slava literally taking his time and spent about 4 hours to repair. Highly recommend."
