Edward came out on a Friday and by Monday morning the had a mill on my parking lot getting the project prepped by Tuesday 5 pm 21,600 square feet parking lot was milled paved and line striped. When we first seen the name ?Driveway Experts? we wasn?t sure if the would be able to do a commercial lot like we have the name seems residential but do not let the name throw you off these guys are animals I would trust them on any size project very good crew we cannot recommend them enough"

Unfortunately, when things went wrong with Tropical Paver Sealing, they didn’t rise to the occasion. I hired Tropical Paver Sealing, for a paver sealing job that included pressure washing my pool deck. During the service, the technician, Bowen, got distracted and ended up stripping the paint from the base of my pool enclosure, leaving it exposed to rust. Amanda, the owner, came out to inspect the damage, took videos, and promised to get back to me that afternoon with a solution. That follow-up never happened, despite me reaching out several times. To add to the frustration, I later found that my pool deck drains were filled with silicon sand used during the sealing process. The drains hadn’t been covered, so the sand just clogged them up. Once again, I reached out to Amanda, but my concerns were ignored. It's easy to get great reviews when everything goes smoothly, but when things go wrong, that’s when a business shows its true colors. Unfortunately, Tropical Paver Sealing didn’t handle the situation well at all, and Amanda was completely unresponsive. Based on this experience, I can’t recommend them. What could’ve been a simple fix turned into silence and neglect."
