"The team at Spagnoli sanded and refinished our original-to-the-house wood floors that previous residents had covered up with various other materials. Spagnoli not only did an amazing job with the work, but they were communicative, kind, and generous throughout. We had them work on our floors in two rounds, and when they were in the house for the second round, they said the floors they had done on the first round didn't look as good as they thought they should, so they added another layer of finish at no extra cost. We can't recommend Spagnoli more highly!"

"Adam and his partner were early for a 9 am appointment. Explained the process and went about their work, actually ran later than he expected. In all were there for about 10 hours. Did a fantastic job, no dust or mess. And actually put an extra coat of poly on kitchen floor!! Excellent, professional company. Didn't really ship around, so not sure of cost, but was well worth what I paid."

"Meza construction is the BEST! Olvin installed 2 large rooms and a hallway with laminate flooring. It’s an old house so I had 2 LUMPS in my floors that he corrected and made even. My floors came out beautiful and seamless. He cleans AS he works, which I loved. I then added other jobs like installing a door and removing borders in a back bedroom. He can do it ALL!
