Mike met us on the Saturday after completion to walk through the exterior and interior of the house to show the work and answer any questions or concerns. "Derek responded promptly to our request for a bid, and provided the written bid within a day or two of looking at our project. He and his crew were great to work with; professional and friendly. We are happy with the results. Some of the plants Derek suggested and planted were eaten by deer and elk within days of being planted, and he willingly replaced them with more deer resistent varieties. The only suggestion I have is better communication on those days when the schedule changes so the customer isn't left sitting around waiting for someone to show up (thus the 4.5 rating for customer service). A quick text would solve that problem. Seems as though contractors don't feel the need to do that, but I view it as a common courtesy so the homeowner can adjust their schedule accordingly. It's beyond frustrating to make plans to be home and then realize hours later that nobody is going to show up. Not a deal-breaker by any means, but communication is important and goes a long way! We would recommend this contractor!"
